Empoasca decipiens

Empoasca decipiens is a species of 'leafhoppers' belonging to the family Cicadellidae subfamily Typhlocybinae. This quite common species is present in most of Europe, in eastern Palearctic ecozone, in North Africa, in the Near East, and in the 'Afro-tropical ecozone'.
