Lasiurus varius

The cinnamon red bat (Lasiurus varius) is a species of bat from the family Vespertilionidae. It is often listed as a synonym of the eastern red bat or the desert red bat, but is distinct. The cinnamon red bat lives in southern Argentina and Chile. There is no information about its population, but due to its large distribution it is presumed to have a large population and is therefore considered Least Concern.
