Posterior tibiofibular ligament

The posterior ligament of the lateral malleolus (posterior tibiofibular ligament, posterior inferior ligament). It is smaller than the anterior ligament of the lateral malleolus and is disposed in a similar manner on the posterior surface of the syndesmosis.
