Diploglossus

Diploglossus is a genus of New World diploglossid lizards, with 20 described species, commonly known as galliwasps. Species of the genus Diploglossus are found in North and South America. The following species are recognized as being valid. Nota bene: A binomial authority in parentheses indicates that the species was originally described in a genus other than Diploglossus.
