Iodosilane is a chemical compound of silicon, hydrogen, and iodine. Iodosilane is a chemical compound of silicon, hydrogen, and iodine. Iodosilane is the first product of the reaction between monosilane and iodine, the other products being di-, tri- and finally tetraiodosilane (silicon tetraiodide).
