A new filtering algorithm, adaptive square root cubature Kalman filter-Kalman filter (SRCKF-KF) is proposed to reduce the problems of amount of calculation, complex formula-transform, low accuracy, poor convergence or even divergence. The method uses cubature Kalman filter (CKF) to estimate the nonlinear states of model while its linear states are estimated by the Kalman filter (KF). The simulation and practical experiment results show that, compared to the extended Kalman filter (EKF) and unscented Kalman filter (UKF). The modified filter not only enhances the numerical stability, guarantees positive definiteness of the state covariance, but also increases accuracy, which has high practicability.
This paper investigates the perceptual quality of video streams affected by wireless channel transmission distortion over CMMB (China Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting standards). First, transmission distortion is simulated using block error rate patterns representative of the wireless channel. Finally, we provide an asymptotic quality analysis of the video transmission through CMMB wireless channel. It can evaluate video streams quality of CMMB and get a good corresponding with the subjective assessments results. This type of quality assessment model based on transmission distortion has important applications in real-time wireless video communication.
Multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) wireless networks are wireless communication systems composed of multiple nodes, each of which is equipped with multiple antennas. As proven by earlier studies, point-to-point MIMO systems offer significant capacity through spatial multiplexing and diversity techniques. Furthermore, recent studies have shown that the capacity of MIMO wireless networks can be greatly improved by using multiple relay nodes to relay messages simultaneously from source to destination. This paper proposes a relaying scheme for MIMO wireless networks. Its major concepts are: 1) performing QR decomposition on backward and forward channels in conjunction with phase control at each relay node, and 2) conducting successive interference cancellation (SIC) at the destination node. Such operations enable the wireless network to obtain distributed array gain among multiple relay nodes and receive array gain while maintaining maximum spatial multiplexing gain. Numerical examples have shown that the proposed relaying scheme is superior to previously proposed ones in both ergodic and outage capacity perspective.
With the development of information and communication technology, the situation of communication frauds is becoming more and more serious, how to identify fraudulent telephone accurately and effectively has become an urgent task in telecom operation at present. Affected by the power law distribution, existing machine learning methods are used to identify the unbalanced distribution data set of positive and negative samples with low recognition accuracy. This paper proposes ADASYN+RF model. First of all, for the problem of unbalanced data sets, this paper chooses the ADASYN(Adaptive Synthetic Sampling) algorithm to rebalance the original data set. Secondly, we choose the random forest algorithm is employed to train the new data set to avoid overfitting. Finally, two groups of comparative experiments are carried out respectively, and the results show that: (1) For the processing of biased data, the ADASYN algorithm used in this paper is more advantageous than the traditional SMOTE algorithm;(2) Compared with Nonintegrated learning model, the accuracy, recall rate and F1 value of the ADASYN+RF model are significantly improved.
This paper investigates the perceptual quality of multimedia affected by compression and implements a system of quality assessment for compressed video over CMMB (China Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting standards). It can evaluate the video quality of CMMB video streams and get a good corresponding with the subjective assessments results. We examine the impact of several factors on the perceptual quality, and extract various feature parameters directly from the streams, then select representative feature parameters as the inputs of our model. Finally we propose a no-reference metric that measures the overall quality degradation due to lossy compression. The experimental results show that our model can achieve a good performance for the streaming video quality prediction over CMMB. In addition, since our model does not require the source picture, or fully decoding process and has a low complexity, it is also suitable for many other real-time video applications.
Abstract MES, as an important part of the automation application fusion production and education platform, influences the teaching of automation majors and plays an important role in students’ professional practice. The article designs and builds the automation application fusion industry-education platform based on MES unit control by developing the key technology of the platform, i.e., Kubernetes container cluster and functional modules, and then builds and researches the dynamic scheduling model of the N-MES system, and proposes the dynamic scheduling structure. The article finally applies the application of the automation application fusion production and education platform proposed in this paper to the specific learning effect test and productivity test and finds that after using the production and education platform proposed in this paper, the overall learning effect of the students has been improved, with 65% of the students believing that they have basically mastered the knowledge points of the section, and the average score of the pre-test score of the experimental class has risen from 86.88 points to 94.58 points. In the specific application of students’ practical training operation, the overall production of Product A was improved, the production beat of the line body was reduced to 248 seconds per piece, and the overall pass rate increased to 90.32%.
Population, resources and environment have always attracted much attention from the society. Nowadays, pollution and population aging are urgent problems to be solved in China, and many scholars have found a strong correlation between pollution and aging. This paper constructs a KAYA model with aging variables, making an empirical analysis of the relationship between population aging and air pollution based on the panel data of 82 cities in China from 2011 to 2016. We found that population aging has a significant and positive impact on air pollution. 1% change of the population aging will lead to a 0.203% change in AQI. The deepening of China’s aging level will lead to ineffective improvement of air quality and even lead to more serious air pollution. Then we make the further analysis of the impact mechanism of population aging on air quality, the results show that population aging could have a positive impact on air pollution by improving labor productivity, promoting technological innovation, increasing fossil energy consumption and the household consumption, and changing the structure of household consumption. At last, in order to improve the air pollution under the background of population aging, we put forward the policy recommendations according to the conclusion of this paper.
