In order to clarify the hydrocarbon accumulation period of deep tight sandstone in Dabei-Keshen area of Kuqa depression, and to develop identification methods of reservoir fluid properties, a series of experiments were carried out. The results show that hydrocarbon inclusions are less distributed, and gaseous hydrocarbon is mainly methane. Hydrocarbon has been continuously charged since 12 Ma in Dabei gas field, and one main period of accumulation took place during 6–4 Ma for Keshen gas field. Late accumulation may limit the application of hydrocarbon inclusions abundance, rock soluble salt components to distinguish reservoir fluid properties. Carbon isotope composition of carbonate cement in tight sandstone is an effective indicator for gas-bearing properties. For gas layer, the carbon isotope is lighter than −1.5‰ and −2.5‰ for Dabei and Keshen gas field receptively.
Based on the background of urbanization in China, we used the dynamic spatial panel Durbin model to study the driving mechanism of ozone pollution empirically. We also analyzed the spatial distribution of ozone driving factors using the GTWR. The results show that: i) The average annual increase of ozone concentration in ambient air in China from 2015 to 2019 was 1.68 μg/m 3 , and 8.39 μg/m 3 elevated the year 2019 compared with 2015. ii) The Moran’s I value of ozone in ambient air was 0.027 in 2015 and 0.209 in 2019, showing the spatial distribution characteristics of "east heavy and west light" and "south low and north high". iii) Per capita GDP industrial structure, population density, land expansion, and urbanization rate have significant spillover effects on ozone concentration, and the regional spillover effect is greater than the local effect. R&D intensity and education level have a significant negative impact on ozone concentration. iv) There is a decreasing trend in the inhibitory effect of educational attainment and R&D intensity on ozone concentration, and an increasing trend in the promotional effect of population urbanization rate, land expansion, and economic development on ozone concentration. Empirical results suggest a twofold policy meaning: i) to explore the causes behind the distribution of ozone from the new perspective of urbanization, and to further the atmospheric environmental protection system and ii) to eliminate the adverse impacts of ozone pollution on nature and harmonious social development.
In this paper, the properties of the gray level mixing function in two-dimensional chaotic map image encryption are analyzed. We also discuss the necessity of introducing parameters and the methods how to present diffusion mechanism and interfuse a pseudo-random number sequence in the gray level mixing function. We proposed a new kind of gray level mixing function which not only have diffusion mechanism but also have random variable . It is shown in experiment that this method has good performance.
Nostoc colonies have been used as food and medicine for centuries, and their main supporting matrix is polysaccharides, which help Nostoc cells resist various environmental stresses including oxidative stress. Here we isolated a polysaccharide, nostoglycan, from cultured Nostoc sphaeroides colonies and determined its physicochemical properties, which revealed a characteristic infrared absorption spectrum typical of polysaccharides and an amorphous morphology with rough surfaces. We also show that nostoglycan has strong moisture absorption and retention capacities and a high relative viscosity. Using Caenorhabditis elegans models, we then demonstrate that nostoglycan is capable of improving overall survival rate of the animals under increased oxidative stress caused by paraquat. Nostoglycan also reduces reactive oxygen species level, inhibits protein carbonyl formation and lipid peroxidation, and increases activities of superoxide dismutase and catalase in paraquat-exposed nematodes. As oxidative stress may drive tumor progression, we further demonstrate that nostoglycan can suppress the proliferation of several types of tumor cells and induce apoptosis of human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells via caspase-3 activation. Together, our results yield important information on the physicochemical characteristics and demonstrate the antioxidant and anti-proliferative functions of nostoglycan, and thus provide an insight into its potential in food and health industries.
Brachybacterium phenoliresistens strain W13A50 was isolated from a petroleum-contaminated saline site, which could degrade hydrocarbon under high salinity conditions. Here, we present 4.2-Mb draft genome sequence of this strain, which will provide insights into the diversity of Brachybacterium and the mechanism of hydrocarbon degradation in saline environments.
