Objective To understande the mental experiences and its coping styles of clinical operation frustration among undergraduate nursing students.Method The semi-structured interview method of qualitative research was adopted to interview 12 undergraduate nursing students practicing in a 3A-level hospital in Nanjing.Results The clinical operation frustration psychology experience of undergraduate nursing students mainly included a sense of loss,wish for understanding and encouragement.The coping styles of talking with the people around,shifting of attention and self awakening were taken.Frustration experience had not a long-term influence on the occupation indentity and occupation development of female students,but on that of male students,which showed no wish to be a nurse in the future.Conclusion Clinical operation frustration of undergraduate nursing students is common and has a certain law of development.According to the law the teachers should give the phase-based guidance.Because of frustration experience having different degree of influence on male and female students,clinical teachers should give the correct guidance according to the students' different personality characteristics so as to overcome the setbacks,especially strengthening the concerns for male students.

The social embedded ness perspective in economic sociology argues that economic actions are embedded within the structure of social relations. Employing this theory to corporate governance research, this article analyzes how the interlocking directorates and the corporate network of interlocking directorates affect corporate governance. Further more, employing the class cohesion theory, the paper defines that the corporate network of interlocking directorates represents managerial class cohesion. Managers maximize the whole class and their own values through the world of corporations. In the end, two opposite corporate governance are proposed. That is, the internal corporate governance structure centered internal governance, and social -network centered external governance. The nature of corporate governance then is turning to the managerial class controlled external social network and nepotism governance.
