This papes is about the new theory and modeling framework about emergency information rapid release, we defined and analyzed the connotation and extension of emergency information release, provide a hierarchical workflow-organizing operating model, upon which established a mechanism based on workflow assembly. This paper introduced a new approach-- the symbol matrix and arithmetic of symbol extracting by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. By analyzing an example, the effectiveness and practice of the present method are proved.
Accurate reconstruction of complex surfaces often requires informative measurement data with high accuracy, which poses a great challenge for measurement. In this paper, a contact sensor and a photometric stereo (PS) vision device are integrated together to recover the geometry with high-fidelity details. Then a two-branch deep PS neural network is developed and the Gaussian process regression (GPR) is used to reconstruct a global geometric shape from some sparse points captured by the contact probe. This prior geometry is sent to the proposed cross-convolution attention residual block (CCARB) based network to guide the PS for better normal recovery. The resulting normals are further fused with the sparse points by a normal integral model to obtain dense and high-accuracy points. Synthetic datasets are constructed to train the network. Experiments are conducted on both synthetic and real data, and show the superiority in the high-fidelity reconstruction for the measurement of complex surfaces.
Big data technology is playing an increasingly important role in the safety evaluation of urban rail transit, which can help improve the safety and reliability of the transportation system. However, such a big data system will also become the target of attackers, especially in the face of DDoS attacks, its stability and availability may be greatly affected. Various attacks against the Internet have become a major concern among the many flaws of the contemporary Internet. Unfortunately, attacks against the Internet continue to grow more sophisticated, unpredictable, and unstoppable. At present, many researchers have devoted themselves to the research of DDoS defense solutions, and it is necessary to summarize the existing research on DDoS defense work and the technologies used in it. In this article, we introduce the process of DDoS attacks, and summarize the characteristics, mechanism and weaknesses of various DDoS attacks according to the network layer where the attack is located. Finally, defending against DDoS attacks is crucial to the big data-based urban rail transit security evaluation system. This paper summarizes the content of this paper and discusses some open issues in the field of network intrusion detection.
With the promotion of e-government application system, the important effect of data exchange brings more and more concern and discussion. This paper proposes the data exchange system model which is composed of the data transmission services, data exchange adapter and task processors, aiming at data sharing and automatic data exchange application of GIS and other non-spatial data. We introduce XML as a logistic expression and intermediate data standard format of spatial data to make it have the capability of heterogeneous GIS which shares the data resources and services crossing platforms. The data engine model as the transaction processing center between GIS and other non-spatial data uses workflow management technology definite complex analysis model and business process and makes drive-algorithm design and implementation for different data types.
Geostress measurement is the most direct and effective way to get initial geostress, but initial geostress will be destroyed in the process of drilling, which makes the measuring value different from the actual value of the initial geostress. In this paper, the effect rules of faults on initial geostress changes are studied by using the finite element method, and several factors are considered including mechanical property of faults (elastic module, Poisson ratio), the distance of faults to boreholes, border stress and compound faults. The results indicate that Poisson ratios of faults have little influence on geostress changes, it is not the sensitive factor of initial geostress changes. Elastic modules of faults, the distance of faults to borehole, border stress and compound faults are the sensitive factors of initial geostress changes. This study result provides a reference for geostress measurements in boreholes.
Enrollment promotion plays a crucial role in the development of universities, serving as not only the primary means of attracting high-quality students but also as a guarantee for the steady growth of universities. Given the challenges that universities often face during the enrollment season, such as intense competition for students, difficulties in recruitment, and concerns about the quality of incoming students, this paper combines specific university promotional examples to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of universities in online promotion.Addressing the existing issues, this paper proposes fundamental strategies and measures for enrollment promotion, focusing on three aspects: implementing precise targeted promotion, building a professional enrollment team, and enhancing service awareness. These recommendations are intended to help universities better cope with various challenges in enrollment promotion, offering effective strategies and valuable insights to support high-quality and stable development in university enrollment promotion efforts.
Emergency event information released in map is necessary for emergency management and disaster reduction. A new method for emergency map symbols extraction from symbol collection based semantic analysis is presented in this paper. A novel map symbol semantic matrix is introduced to measure the degree of the semantic representation between the symbol meaning and the emergency event conception. The necessary content factors of emergency released in map are conduced by analyzing the emergency content construction and statistic result of the emergency content published by national disaster reduction center. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed to extract the map symbol class. The sub function ( ) i i f k is designed to confirm the risk of factor-ki . In order to solve the problems of the unique structure,backward design method and low efficiency in the design of gearbox parts in the hillside light-power machine,and the existing automatic mechanical design system can't meet the requirements,the paper uses VB to develop automatic design system of the gearbox parts. The system includes the modules of strength calculation and modelling design. The module of modelling design is developed by using VB to second develop PRO / E based on Automation Gateway,and which can reduce the workload of the designers and improve efficiency.
This paper introduces the 3-Dimension Synthetic Inquiry System of HaiHe-River drainage area(HH-VRGIS) detailedly ,including the system background, framework design and the key technology. HH-GIS is one of the important parts of the HaiHe-River drainage area Information System. HH-GIS is the concourse of advanced 3-Dimension Virtual Reality, computer simulation, GIS, ORACLE DBMS and communication, which are used to connect spatial analysis model with hydrology inquiry. HH-GIS has made a hard basement for HaiHe-River flood alert and management. It is proved in practice of the system possesses advanced design, friendly user interface, powerful function, higher stability and practicability.
