This paper introduced an unmanned operation underwater high-pressure jet cleaning method,with using service equipment,light,camera underwater for transmission and monitor image,high-pressure jet cleaning impact beam grille water filter pollution generated dirt and impurities,which will achieve the unmanned constrcution of high-pressure jet cleaning machine underwater.
Effect of inorg anic additives on the cyclic voltammetry curves of lead negative for leadacid ba ttery were studied by means of cyclic voltammetry method.The results show that there is only a pair of electricity peaks in the cyclic voltammetry curve of the lead cathode in 4.30 mol/L H2SO4 solution, and the position of deoxidizationcurrent peak is similar to the H2gassing potential. Except for CdSO4, the other additives do not change the shape of cyclic voltammetry curve and they cause the position of electricity peaks have little change. However, CdSO4 additive makes a new electricity peak at -1.050 V in the cyclic voltammetry curve.
The three-dimension model design plays an important role in the whole process of ship design.The process is complicated and it consumes much time.The model design process is taken into the project management by PDM software Windchill.The electronic workflow is realized in the network.By the integration of visualization tools such as Productview,managers are able to monitor the design process in real time without installing the 3D design software.Accordingly it prevents potential problems in design process and has an effect on the improvement of the design efficiency.
DCOM (Distributing component object model) is one of the most important technology in distributing application framework. It can solve the problem that the host can't connect with serial devices directly in engineering application, after researching the future of DCOM technology, developed the serial port component based on DCOM, and actualize to access remote serial port devices.
In order to implement real-time monitoring and trace records each part of process flows in the papermaking process and actualize centralized control of whole facilities,the monitoring system was designed by making use of WinCC 6.2 configuration software on the basis of analyzing control needs and meeting production requirements.At the same time the triple control framework was formed which was composed of monitoring system,touch screen,text display,operation panel and primary and secondary connection diagrams.And using Ethernet card PC and PLC connected by means of TCP/IP,the interconnected system was achieved.After operating successfully,the system provides a good way to solve the critical problems of production process.It is reliable and convenient and has a good prospect of application and extension.
Different sensors have different characteristics,in order to simulate more realistically the characteristics of different sensors,to use different algorithms to the measured data fitting is needed.At present,most of the sensor calibration studies have focused on the specific type of sensor calibration,combined software development with practical application,this article puts forward a set of PC-based machine calibration of sensors common software architecture,software for different types,different characteristics and different uses of the sensor can be given.The sensor for the corresponding best fit algorithm in order to get the best measurement accuracy,the software is used in the present Sichuan University Biomechanics Laboratory of several sets of experimental system,the test results prove good.
