Berbagai ibu kota sering menjadi pusat perbisnisan di tiap provinsinya, sehingga umumnya banyak ditemukan hotel. Seiring dengan perkembangan jaman tuntutan pembangunan semakin bertambah banyak. Pembangunan hotel bisnis atau juga dikenal city hotel selain berdampak baik pada lingkungan, sosial budaya, maupun ekonomi juga dapat membawa dampak buruk terhadap alam. Green Building adalah pendekatan dalam merancang suatu bangunan dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor pada tahapan perencanaan, perancangan, pembangunan hingga operasional pemeliharaan yaitu perlindungan, penghematan, pengurangan dalam menggunakan sumber daya alam menjaga mutu melalui kualitas udara bangunan, serta kesehatan para pengguna bangunan secara berkelanjutan. Perencanaan hotel bisnis diharapkan dapat melakukan antisipasi tuntutan mengenai sarana akomodasi maupun mendukung kegiatan beserta tetap memperhatikan lingkungan sekitar
Student learning motivation is influenced by the state of the classroom climate. This journal will discuss the meta-analysis of the effect of classroom climate on student learning motivation by comparing the correlation coefficient (r) values in existing research. This study aims to analyze the relationship between classroom climate and student learning motivation based on the grouping of correlation coefficient values consisting of very low, low, medium, strong, and very strong categories based on existing studies. The research carried out starts from the formulation of the topic of the problem, after which it compares the results of relevant research to be analyzed. Meanwhile, the method used is meta-analysis, which is a method that involves the use of secondary data from previous research results by searching journals through Research Gate and Google Scholar. Then proceed with analyzing the product-moment correlation category of the research results found based on the percentage presented in the form of a statistical diagram. From the search results, 12 journals were obtained, consisting of 3 international journals and 9 national journals. Based on the results of the meta-analysis, 34% of the journals showed a strong mutual influence relationship between classroom climate and student learning motivation. Building a conducive learning atmosphere is the responsibility of the teacher. With careful lesson planning, a comfortable physical classroom setting, and the creation of a positive socio-emotional climate, teachers can help students learn effectively and increase their motivation to learn so they can reach their full potential.
AIM:To determine calprotectin release before and after colorectal cancer operation and compare it to tumor and histopathological parameters.METHODS:The study was performed on patients with diagnosed colorectal cancer admitted for operation.Calprotectin was measured in a single stool sample before and three months after the operation using an enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Calprotectin levels greater than or equal to 50μg/g were considered positive.The compliance for collecting stool samples was assessed and the value of calprotectin was correlated to tumor and histopathological parameters of intra-and peri-tumoral inflammation.Surgical specimens were fixed in neutral buffered formalin and stained with hematoxylin and eosin.Staging was performed according to the Dukes classification system and the 7th edition tumor node metastasis classification system.Intra-and peri-tumoral inflammation was graded according to the Klintrup criteria.Immunohistochemical quantification was performed for MPO,CD45R0,TIA-1,CD3,CD4,CD8,CD57,and granzyme B.Statistical significance was measured using Wilcoxon signed rank test,Kruskal Wallis test and Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient as appropriate.RESULTS:Between March 2009 and May 2011,80 patients with colorectal cancer(46 men and 34 women,with mean age of 71±11.7 years old)were enrolled in the study.Twenty-six patients had rectal carcinoma,29 had left-side tumors,23 had right-side tumors,and2 had bilateral carcinoma.In total,71.2%of the patients had increased levels of calprotectin before the operation(median 205μg/g,range 50-2405μg/g)and experienced a significant decrease three months after the operation(46μg/g,range 10-384μg/g,P<0001).The compliance for collecting stool samples was 89.5%.Patients with T3 and T4 tumors had significantly higher values than those with T1 and T2 cancers(P=0.022).For all other tumor parameters(N,M,G,L,V,Pn)and location,no significant difference in calprotectin concentration was found.Furthermore,the calprotectin levels and histolo

Neural stem cells (NSCs) and imprinted genes playan important role in brain development. On historicalgrounds, these two determinants have been largelystudied independently of each other. Recent evidencesuggests, however, that NSCs can reset select genomicimprints to prevent precocious depletion of the stemcell reservoir. Moreover, imprinted genes like thetranscriptional regulator Zac1 can fine tune neuronalvs astroglial differentiation of NSCs. Zac1 binds ina sequence-specific manner to pro-neuronal andimprinted genes to confer transcriptional regulation andfurthermore coregulates members of the p53-familyin NSCs. At the genome scale, Zac1 is a central hub ofan imprinted gene network comprising genes with animportant role for NSC quiescence, proliferation anddifferentiation. Overall, transcriptional, epigenomic, andgenomic mechanisms seem to coordinate the functionalrelationships of NSCs and imprinted genes fromdevelopment to maturation, and possibly aging.
