In recent years, high-performance concrete and high strength concrete is developed actively. Organic admixtures including fluidizing agent and high-renge water-reducing agent (superplasticizer) and minenal admixtures including blast furnance slag, fly ash and lime powder are indispensable for high-performance concrete and high strength concrete. However, the influence of organic admixture and mineral admixture on the process of penetration of chloride ion into hardend concrete is still unclear. Therefore, it is necessary to clear that the influence of admixtures on the process of penetration of chloride ion into hardend concrete in case of coastal reinforced concrete structures. So, the authors experimented on the influence of organic admixture and mineral admixture on the process of penetration of chloride ion into hardend concrete.
