3D Energetic Metal–Organic Frameworks: Synthesis and Properties of High Energy Materials

Energetic 3D MOFs: A structurally unique class of three-dimensional energetic metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) was successfully synthesized and characterized. These MOFs have a good thermal stability and a low sensitivity to impact, friction, and electrostatic discharge. Study on haptic feedback functions for an interventional surgical robot system

In medical practice, endovascular treatment has become increasingly popular. Compared to traditional interventional surgery, robotic surgical system has higher precision and ability to remotely control. However, the existing robotic surgical system dose not provide doctors with real-time effective haptic feelings. This paper presents a novel interventional surgical robot systems. In this design, the robot system will simulate the procedure of the doctor's hand to operate the guide wire, and providing haptic feedback to the doctor. In this paper, the Study of haptic feedback function in the developed interventional surgical robot system was introduced. The advantage of this interventional operation robot system was analyze. And performance improvement of the robot operation system which brought by the haptic feedback function was confirmed. The function of haptic feedback can provide effective support for the doctor in operation.

A proximal push force-based force feedback algorithm for robot-assisted vascular intervention surgery

The accuracy control of force feedback is an important factor to improve the real-time and accuracy of the vascular interventional master-slave robot manipulation, it plays a more and more important role in the aspect of strengthening the doctor operation sense of reality and the operation efficiency. In this paper, according to the lack of precision problem of the force feedback, we construct the master-slave robot force feedback closed-loop control system. We put forward the realtime force feedback control strategy. And a new handle structure used on the Phantom has been designed. By measuring the proximal guide wire force and the force between the surgeon's hand and the handle used on the Phantom, the force feedback closed-loop control can effectively eliminate the loss of mechanical impedance of force feedback information. By simulating the insertion of the guide wire, the real values of the force feedback from the slave are compared with the actual values of the force feedback in the master. And the simulant vascular insertion operation experiments have confirmed the advantages of the accuracy control of force feedback. The experimental results show that the accuracy control of force feedback is greatly enhanced in the aspect of reality and the operation efficiency during the doctor operation process.

Effect of Bi Addition on Microstructures, Properties and Interfacial Intermetallic Compound Growth of Low-Ag Sn-Cu Lead-Free Solder

The research on a new low-Ag lead-free solder has become a hot spot in the field of electronic packaging. In this work, the effects of Bi addition on microstructure, melting temperature, wettability of low-Ag solder, shear strength of solder joint and the growth of interfacial intermetallic compound (IMC) before and after thermal cycling were investigated. A moderate amount of Bi element resulted in the microstructural refinement and melting temperature reduction of Sn-0.2Ag-0.7Cu solder. Wetting test results showed that a small amount of Bi produced the significant effect on improving the wettability. In addition, it is shown that the thickness of interfacial IMC during thermal cycling decreased first and then increased; the shear strength of solder joint increased with the increase of Bi.

Formyl azido substituted nitro hexaazaisowurtzitane derivatives, 2,4,6,8,12-pentanitro-10-formylazido-hexaazaisowurtzitane and 2,6,8,12-tetranitro-4,10-diformylazido-hexaazaisowurtzitane, have been synthesized and well characterized by IR and NMR (1H, 13C) spectroscopy, mass spectroscopy (MS), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Their key properties such as melting points and decomposition temperatures, densities, dissociation energy of bonds (BDE), electrostatic potential (ESP), impact sensitivity (IS), detonation pressures (P) and velocities (D) were measured or calculated, which indicated an excellent combination of admirable detonation performance and stability as potential energetic compounds.

A force acquisition method in a catheter navigation system

Endovascular intervention is expected to become increasingly popular in medical practice, both for diagnosis and for surgery. Accordingly, researches of robotic systems for endovascular surgery assistant have been carried out widely. Robotic catheter navigation systems are with advantages of higher precision, can be controlled remotely etc. However, the haptic feelings, the important function for propelling robotic catheter navigation system is immature. In the paper, a robotic catheter navigation system is proposed. The navigation system is designed to simulate the surgeon Os operating procedure. And the haptic feedback issue is concerned. A clamping force measure method is developed. Therefore, surgeons can carry out operation with their own skills. System implement and performance are presented.

The evaluation of a novel force feedback interventional surgery robotic system

The interventional therapy is a kind of minimally invasive treatment. Under the guidance of medical imaging equipment, surgeons take the special catheter, guide wire and other precision instruments import in the body to do the pathological diagnosis and local treatment. The characters of interventional therapy are no operation, small trauma, rapid recovery, etc. However, the interventional treatment has some shortage such as hard to measure the front collision force of the guide wire, and the harm of the X-rays to surgeon. Above those shortages, this paper use the phantom desktop as the master controller, and design a new novel of interventional operation slave system which has force feedback structures. Besides according to the master-slave motion results, the paper has done the system identification. Then the system uses MRAC fuzzy PID looped control. Finally, this paper analyses the dynamic performance of the surgery robot system and makes a comparison between the simulation and the real results.
