The problems,overtemperature and overpressure at outlet of 3th stage and inlet of 4th stage occurred after the speed of N-50/200 compressor is promoted from 125 r/min to 150 r/min,is analyzed,which is dealt efficiently by revamping 3th stage cooler and 4th stage inlet valve.
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of a modified Xiaohua Funing decoction (Xfd) on acute liver failure (ALF) and determine whether the protective mechanisms are related to alterations in the gut microbiota.An animal model of ALF was induced by intraperitoneal injection of D-galactosamine (D-Gal, 0.5 g/kg) and lipopolysaccharide (LPS, 100 μg/kg). Male BALB/c mice were randomly divided into the following 4 groups: the control group (saline, Con), model group (D-Gal/LPS, Mod), silymarin pretreatment group (200 mg/kg, Sil), and modified Xfd pretreatment group (650 mg/kg, Xfd). The Sil and Xfd groups received the respective intervention orally for 14 days and 2 h before D-Gal/LPS treatment. The liver injury markers included alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels and liver histology. 16S rRNA gene sequencing was performed to assess the effects on the caecum content.D-Gal/LPS treatment caused severe ALF, illustrating that the ALF model was successfully established. The administration of Sil and Xfd greatly reduced the serum ALT and AST levels and improved the pathological signs of liver injury. However, no significant difference was found between the two groups. In contrast to the Mod group, the Sil and Xfd groups showed a shift toward the Con group in terms of the gut microbiota structure. The abundances of Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes and the Bacteroidetes/Firmicutes ratio in the Mod group significantly differed from those in the Con group. The Sil and Xfd groups showed restoration of the disordered microbiota. Significantly increased relative abundances of Lachnospiraceae_NK4A136_group and Candidatus_Saccharimonas and a markedly decreased Muribaculaceae abundance were found in the Sil and Xfd mice compared with those in the Mod mice (P < 0.01, P < 0.05). Interestingly, a negative correlation was observed between the abundances of the gut microbiota constituents, specifically Clostridia_UCG-014, and ALT and AST levels.In summary, our results indicate that Xfd may protect the liver and modify the gut microbiota in ALF mice.
In order to betterly reflect the biological form of body’s knee,design clinical artificial knee to meet the needs of domestic patients,based on reverse engineering of foreign products knee reverse ,the specific methods and principles about rapid removal of noise points are introduced,and then generated smoothing accuracy and a better degree of knee prosthesis surface,to generate the final model of the artificial knee joint prosthesis,which laid the foundation for the artificial knee localization manaufacturing.
Objective:To investigate the biomechanical effect of Reinforcing Qi and Producing Granules.Methods: 24 male SD rats aged 2 months were randomized into two groups of 12 each:the model group and the therapy group.All of them were performed into standardized double radial fracture model on operation.The next day of operation,they were fed orally with adjuvants(9.6g·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)) and Reinforcing Qi and Producing Granules(12g·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)),twice a day,continuously for 6 weeks.On days 43 after operation,all the animals were sacrificed,some were used to measure the biomechanics,geometric sizes,and basic physical parameters(dry weights,volumes etc) of radius,and basic physical parameters and componential contents of bone callus.Results:Compared with the model group,in the therapy group,radial maximum loads distinctly increase to(12.601±7.056) N,with(7.974±5.463 ) N in the model group;radial geometric parameters(e.g.:the whole length of radius, the fractured zone diameter and the cross sectional area of radius) all obviously become bigger,correspondingly;dried weights and volumes of both the whole radius and bone callus clearly rise(P0.01 or P0.05),too.In therapy group,contents of organic substances and inorganic substances both become heavier sharply(P0.01).Conclusions:Reinforcing Qi and Producing Bone Granules could surely promote fracture healing,its mechanism is that strengthening macro-structure and promoting the increase in composition of the whole fractured bone,to consolidate its biomechanical property.
Objective To study the clinical characteristics of adult onset Still's disease(AOSD).Methods Twenty-three cases with AOSD in Tenth People's Hospital were collected from 1985—2008,and their clinical manifestations and laboratory tests were analyzed retrospectively.Results All 23 cases had fever,20 cases had rash,17 cases had arthralgia.Some symptoms such as pharyngalgia,enlargement of lymph node,hepatosplenomegaly were presented in some patients.By laboratory test,the number of white blood cell(WBC) and the level of C reactive protein(CRP) increased in all 23 patients.Twenty patients had anaemia.13 patients among 23 got a raise of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) or aspartate aminotransferase(AST).Fifteen cases had bone marrow aspiration showing infectivity while bacterial cultures were negative.Glucocorticoid and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug(NSAID) were the first choice for treatment combined with immunodepressant if possible.Symptoms in all 23 patients released after treatment for 2 weeks to four months.Two patients re-occurred in 1 year and 16 years later respectively,and released after glucocorticoid treatment.Conclusion Adult-onset Still's disease is a disease with varied manifestations,it is easy to be misdiagnosed.Most patients have favorable prognosis,but some of them will recur.It is necessary to follow it intensely.
OBJECTIVE To investigate the pathological changes of the skin in different intensities of low frequency ultrasound to promote the permeation. METHODS 24 volunteers in our university are studying subject.1 g EMIA was spread on each subject's arms, which were randomly divided into 0.5 W·cm -2 and 1 W·cm -2 groups.Low frequency ultrasound,with frequency of 20 kHz was implemented for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes,we began to measure the threshold of pain on the skin every 5 minutes. The total time was 2 hours for observation.RESULTS The average time for beginning relieving pain in 0.5 W·cm -2 group was 37.65±3.24 min,while in the 1 W·cm -2 group it was 32.75±3.73 min.The time difference in two groups was significant(P0.01). 0.5 W·cm -2 group,there no was nothological change in skin, but there were some red rash in 16 cases in 1 W·cm -2 group.CONCLUSION The high intensity of output of low frequency ultrasound can promote the permeation in skin, but it can cause pathological changes in skin.The intensity of 0.5 W·cm -2 is safe and effective.
Rib fractures account for a fairly high proportion of chest injuries, ranging from 55 to 80%. The most common mechanisms of injury include: traffic accident, extrusion and falls from significant heights. Besides, the surgical treatment of multiple rib fractures has been accepted by more and more medical professionals. We reported 5 clinical cases of patients with multiple rib fractures undergoing open reduction and internal fixation using 3D printing technology. Retrospective analysis of 5 clinical cases of multiple rib fractures from January 2017 to August 2018 in our hospital. A preoperative CT thin slice scan was used to reconstruct the 3D model according to the scanning results, and 3D printing technology was adopted to prepare the rib model. Preoperative reconstruction of the rib’s normal shape and lock plate for the shaped ribs was created according to reconstructed model. For multiple fractures especially patients with severely deformed rib shape, it is suggested to intraoperative shape directly to the metal bone plate fixed on the ribs on both ends of the fracture line, in order to establish a basic support frame. The other various fracture section can be fixed on the lock plate respectively. Postoperative chest radiographs of the 5 patients showed that the internal fixations were in good and natural shape. The thoracic contour was well formed and symmetrically with the contralateral side. Making the rib model and the pre-shaped titanium alloy rib locking plate using 3D printing technology, provided a more minimally invasive and precisely individualized treatment for some rib fracture operations.
Objective To explore the role of brain imaging such as CT and MRI in leukodystrophy and secondary mental disorders.Methods All of the 23 patients received CR and MRI examinations.The clinical and laboratory results were analyzed.Results Fifteen patients received clinical imaging examinations.Among them,ten received further MRS examinations.The results showed that all of the ten patients had abnormal cerebral metabolite.Conclusion Imaging is very important to the diagnosis of leukodystrophy and secondary mental disorders.Besides,it plays a role in the clinical treatment and medication.
