In this paper, an Improved Ant Colony Algorithm is applied to the identification of the ship motion modelNomotos 1st-order nonlinear model. A robust method based on Ant Colony Algorithm is proposed for the optimization of the continuous function. The transfer criterion of the ants between each layer and global pheromone updating process are described. Some experiments results show that this method has good identification accuracy. The algorithm is feasible and effective, is of enormous significance to the system identification of ship motion.
Abstract Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic skin disease caused by skin immune dyshomeostasis and accompanied by severe pruritus. Although oxidative stress and mechanical scratching can aggravate AD inflammation, treatment targeting scratching is often overlooked, and the efficiency of mechano-chemically synergistic therapy remains unclear. Here, we find that enhanced phosphorylation of focal adhesion kinase (FAK) is associated with scratch-exacerbated AD. We then develop a multifunctional hydrogel dressing that integrates oxidative stress modulation with FAK inhibition to synergistically treat AD. We show that the adhesive, self-healing and antimicrobial hydrogel is suitable for the unique scratching and bacterial environment of AD skin. We demonstrate that it can scavenge intracellular reactive oxygen species and reduce mechanically induced intercellular junction deficiency and inflammation. Furthermore, in mouse AD models with controlled scratching, we find that the hydrogel alleviates AD symptoms, rebuilds the skin barrier, and inhibits inflammation. These results suggest that the hydrogel integrating reactive oxygen species scavenging and FAK inhibition could serve as a promising skin dressing for synergistic AD treatment.
This paper discusses the effects of an anode bilayer buffer layer on poly[N-9″-hepta-decanyl-2,7-carbazolealt-5,5-(4′,7′-di-2-thienyl-2′,1′,3′-ben-zothiadiazole)]:[6,6]-phenyl-C71-butyric acid methyl ester (PCDTBT:PC71BM) based organic solar cells (OSCs) by thermally evaporating poly(tetrafluoroethylene) (PTFE) and molybdenum trioxide (MoO3) successively between indium tin oxide (ITO) and the active layer. The PTFE/MoO3 bilayer forms an interfacial dipole that increases the surface work function of the ITO anode, which contributes to the extraction of holes and the suppression of carrier recombination at the interface. The replacement of the conventional hygroscopic and acidic poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) with PTFE/MoO3 is advantageous for efficient charge transport and reduction of the fabrication costs. Significant improvement in terms of the fill factor and power conversion efficiency (PCE) is obtained compared to the reference devices. The improvement of device performance in PTFE/MoO3 bilayer structure results from its combined effects of tuning work function ability and electron-blocking capacity of PTFE and excellent hole-extracting capability of MoO3.
Intangible welfare refers to the welfare that cannot be reflected in traditional auditing report or be found in any means which is different from the "tangible welfare" stipulated by state laws and regulations.Intangible welfare is invisible, diversified and regulation-violating.It is embodied in intangible housing welfare, daily consumption welfare, financial speculation welfare and knowledge product welfare etc.To prevent the happening of intangible welfare among state-owned enterprises, it is necessary to establish an auditing warning model based on risk-orientation, reinforce the government's macro guidance to the enterprises and set up effective self-regulative scheme.
According to the taste analysis of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid, the unpleasant taste of the oral liquid is mainly caused by the inherent taste of Chinese medicine and the taste introduced in the preparation process, which leads to its unpopularity among children. Therefore, aiming at the special children patient group, Xiaoer Pudilan Xiaoyan Syrup was developed via technology optimization and dosage form improvement to improve the unpleasant taste and enhance the medication compliance among children. Based on the material properties of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid and Xiaoer Pudilan Xiaoyan Syrup extracts, the authors compared the properties(pH, density, turbidity, viscosity, chromaticity, particle size), taste, content of five quality markers and in vivo pharmacokinetic characteristics of these two preparations, to evaluate the suitability of Xiaoer Pudilan Xiaoyan Syrup. The results showed that compared with those of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid, the pH, density, turbidity, viscosity and chromaticity of Xiaoer Pudilan Xiaoyan Syrup were significantly changed, and the unpleasant taste was reduced by 26%; the transfer rate of the main active ingredients chicoric acid was increased, while the transfer rate of baicalin had small difference from that of the oral liquid. In addition, pharmacokinetics revealed that the total absorption amount of baicalin in vivo was higher, and the time to peak T_(max) of baicalin and oroxindin in the syrup and the mean residence time MRT_(last )of corynoline in vivo were significantly prolonged. The absorption degree of Xiaoer Pudilan Xiaoyan Syrup and Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid in the body was the same: baicalin>oroxindin>corynoline. The new dosage form process was simpler than that of the original dosage form, safe, environmentally friendly, reasonable and feasible, meeting the mass production demand. This provided a basis for the reasonable and scientific optimization of Xiaoer Pudilan Xiaoyan Syrup, and also laid a foundation for its further safe and rational use, so as to expand the clinical application in children.
The acute kidney injury(AKI) caused by nephrotoxic drugs contributes to inflammation and oxidative injury in podocytes. Wedelolactone (WED), a natural compound, is found with activities as anti-inflammation, anti-oxidative, anti-free radical, and etc. In this present study, MPC-5 cells were exposed to the nephrotoxic drugs doxorubicin (DOX). The results showed that WED significantly increased the SOD activity, CAT and GSH-Px levels, while significantly decreased the MDA content and ROS levels in DOX-induced MPC-5 cells. WED could also significantly decrease the levels of cytokines IL-6, MCP-1, TNF-α, and TGF-β1. Additionally, the activation and phosphorylation of IκKα, IκBα and NF-κB p65 was inhibited by WED. The co-treatment of PDTC (NF-κB inhibitor) and WED significantly reduced NF-κB p65 phosphorylation. These findings suggested that WED alleviated inflammation and oxidative stress of doxorubicin-induced MPC-5 cells through IκK/IκB/NF-κB signaling pathway.
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of TCM therapy for elevating Yang in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo. Methods: all clinical randomized controlled trials of therapy for elevating Yang's posterior circulation ischemic vertigo were screened by computer searching Chinese databases such as CNKI, Wanfang database, VIP Chinese science and technology and the Cochrane Library, PubMed, EMBASE and other English databases from the time the library was built to October 2020, and relevant references were manually reviewed. Patients in the control group were treated with western medicine, while those in the experimental group were treated with either Elevating Yang recipe (decoction) or Elevating Yang recipe (decoction) combined with western medicine. The Review Manager 5.3 software was used to conduct a meta-analysis on the clinical effective rate, TCM syndrome scores, vertebrobasilar blood flow velocity, and adverse reactions. Results: Eleven articles were finally included, covering a total of 1049 patients, including 522 cases in the observation group and 527 cases in the control group. The clinical effective rate of patients in the experimental group is higher than that in the control group [RR=1.22(1.16,1.28)], the vertebral-basilar artery blood flow velocity in the experimental group includes left vertebral artery (LVA) [MD = 4.88, 95%CI(3.30, 6.46)], right vertebral artery (RVA) [MD = 4.87, 95%CI(2.85, 6.88)], and basilar artery (BA) [MD = 5.17. 95%CI(4.55, 5.78)], TCM symptom scores significantly improved in the experimental group [MD = -4.17, 95%CI(-4.66, -3.67)], the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The results of this meta-analysis indicated that Therapy for Raising Yang had good therapeutic effects on CI after treatment, in that it could effectively improve the clinical efficiency, promote the blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery, and reduce TCM symptom scores. However, it still needs to be further confirmed by large sample size and high quality RCTs.
Nowaday, the rapid popularization of mobile terminals and increasing maturity of location technology are bringing new opportunities and challenges to recommendation systems. Recommendation systems need to consider user's mobility and the resulting related issues, such as the relationship between user's interests and locations, and the requirement of real-time. The problems which facing are more complex. Besides, if making good use of user's location information, can improve the performance of recommendation. In this paper, an outdoor recommendation algorithm based on user's location is proposed. When user is in a different position, using different recommendation algorithms to generate recommendations, it overcomes the cold start and sparse matrix problem which in traditional recommendation algorithms, and it also can alleviate the problem of capturing user's short-term interests in mobile environment. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is better than other traditional recommendation algorithms.
