The Empirical Research on the Effects of University Student’s Ethical Standards by Family Moral Education——Based on the Survey of Six Universities in Xinjiang

Family moral education is the important fundament of school moral education and societal moral education,which has significant influence on university student's Ethical standards.The present research finds that,the contents and styles of parents’family moral education have strong dominant effects on their children’s ethical standards,by the data from the survey of six universities in Xijiang,and also,there are some problems existing in the process of family moral education.How do we improve parents’family moral education and make contribution to enhance the students ethical standards? According to the survey,we should take active action on improving parents’moral education,diversity of family moral content,democratization of moral education and minority families borrowing ideas from religious moral.

Selective Carbonyl Propargylation Mediated by SnCl2/NiCl2-KI in Water

Propargylation of carbonyl compounds to produce homopropargylic alcohols plays a very important role in synthetic organic and pharmaceutical chemistry. A novel method that carbonyl compounds and propargyl halide were mediated by SnCl2/NiCl2-KI in water at room temperature was developed by us to successfully synthesize homopropargylic alcohols in good yields. The reactions were carried out in an environmentally friendly solution and under mild conditions.

Determination of Lactoferrin in infant formula milk powder by Capillary Electrophoresis

An accurate and convenient method was developed for the determination of lactoferrin in infant formula milk powder.The pretreatment of sample was to degrease,remove caseins by adjusting pH to enrich LF with ammonium sulfate and clean up with Millipore,then using an uncoated capillary that the diameter was 50 μm and the effective length was 57 cm;buffer solution was 40 mmol/L borate/phosphate(pH=9.5),50 mmol/L SDS,20 mmol/L Brij35,4% isopropanol,30mmol/L Na2SO4;separated voltage was 18 kV;detection wavelength was 200 nm.Results showed that the relative coefficient was 0.9992,the average recovery was 92.8%;the RSD in 6 samples by testing was 2.4%.

Application of gas geochemical method to prediction of seismic trend after mainshock

A preliminary discussion is made on application of gas geochemical method to prediction of seismic trend after Shunyi 4.5 earthquake. The research result indicates that Hg content in soil gas in the epicentral area was rapidly decreased. CH 4 is the main component of the escaping gas discharged from the anomalous site in Longqingxia reservoir, Yanqing County. It is mainly originated from biogenic reaction but not an earthquake precursor anomaly. According to the above result, it is suggested that the tectonic activity level is not turn to strengthen in the circum-Capital area after Shunyi 4.5 earthquake. Therefore, on December 17, 1996, it was predicated that an earthquake of M S ≥5.0 was less possible to occur in 15 days in the circum-capital area.

Synthesis and Photoinduced DNA Cleaving Activity of Hairpin Polyamide-Chlorobenzenesulfonyl Conjugate¶

A hairpin polyamide–chlorobenzenesulfonyl conjugate was synthesized in solution by a haloform reaction and the dicyclohexylcarbodiimide/1-hydroxybenzotriazole (DCC/HOBT) coupling reaction. Its ability to cleave DNA was investigated with supercoiled DNA (pBluescript SK), and the DNA cleaving efficiency of chlorobenzenesulfonyl group was enhanced by the hairpin polyamide under UV irradiation (365 nm).

The technology of large diameter bored pier construction on the sea

Based on the theories of pressure equilibrium,this paper puts forward the method of determining optimal depth of steel protective case.Combining with the results of indoor experiment,the composition and support of seawater drilling fluid are raised.Combining with the engineering,the reasonable layout of drilling fluid circulation system on the sea and the underwater ferroconcrete are summarized.The above mentioned techniques have the actual application on ocean foundation in the port,wharf and bridge.
