The adjusting valve in synthesis gas turbine used in Ningxia Petrochemical Co.had never been disassembled and overhauled before 2003,thus,there was no operative rules for repair and adjustment.In 2003,the synthesis ammonia plant was shutdown and repaired completely,this adjusting valve was also overhauled.With the experience in recent years,in this article,the methods of repair and adjustment for this adjusting valve were simply described and summarized.
Objective To learn the current culture of the hospital and identify its future development pathway. Methods The current culture types of the hospital are evenly distributed among the four quadrants. Results These types are found to be identically distributed among the tribe type, temporary system type, hierarchy type and market-oriented type of culture. Among these four type, the hierarchy type and market-oriented type score higher (27 scores both) and take the lead. Conclusions Hospitals are expected to enhance its exchange and communication with the employees, and head to its desired direction of a hospital culture type.

After briefly reviewing western industrial cluster theories,labor-intensive clusters in China are re-analyzed in a perspective of geographical dispersion of manufacturing activities.The paper illustrated that some clusters locked in low-cost competitions are/were declining;some factories are over-agglomerated;industrial concentration degrees in some clusters need increase.In the new era,manufacturing activities in these clusters relocated elsewhere.Theoretically,this new phenomenon challenges the point of view that a cluster is sticky space in slippery place.Practically,for destinations of manufacturing activities,new manufacturing zones' planning and development have been put forward;for original locality of manufacturing activities,geographical stability of upgrading clusters and development of producer services must be considered.
The Chinese language, spoken by over one billion people, has undergone drastic changes over the past century in a way unparalleled at any time previously. This book presents a comprehensive account of the development of Modern Chinese from the late nineteenth century up to the 1990s, concentrating on three major aspects: Modern Spoken Chinese, Modern Written Chinese, and the Modern Chinese writing system. It describes and analyses in detail, from historical and sociolinguistic perspectives, the establishment and promotion of Modern Spoken Chinese and Modern Written Chinese and the reform of the Chinese script. Through an integrated discussion of these three areas of the language it highlights the close interrelationships between them and reveals the interaction of linguistic, historical and social factors in the development of Modern Chinese.
In view of the legislation and practical cases of the administrative commonweal pleading system in other countries,this paper focuses on the present situation of the above system in China.The author summarized some experience of other countries for our reference and explored the foundation and significance of the establishment of administrative commonweal pleading system in China.In the final analysis,the author came out with some practical suggestions on the reform of the current administrative pleading system with respect to the scope of complaints,qualification and capacity of the plaintiffs and the burden of evidence.
Using polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxanes (POSS) derived from the hydrolytic condensation of (3–methacryloxypropyl)trimethoxysilane (MPMS), vinyltrimethoxysilane (VMS), and (3-glycidoxypropyl)trimethoxysilane (GPMS), three hybrid nanofilms, f-MP (film-MPMS-POSS), f-GP and f-VP, were prepared using sol-gel and crosslinking processes. The average transparency (AT) and absorption coefficents (AC) of the films were measured in the ranges of 280-2500 nm. Two film transparency applications are described in this work: 1) The AT values of the POSS films in the range of the ultraviolet B (UV-B) spectrum (280–320 nm) (a skin cancer-causing agent) and 2) the AT values in the visible light (VIS) region (400-750 nm) and the near infrared (NIR) region (750-2500 nm) (providing crops growth energy and the improvement of the photosynthetic process efficiency). The AT values of the POSS films in the UV-B range are only about 13%, indicating these films can provide a physical barrier to block UV-B absorption by the skin, and therefore are possible POSS materials for sunscreen ingredients. The AT values in the VIS region are 95.13%, 89.16% and 91.60%, respectively, and the AT values in the near infrared (NIR) region (750-2500 nm) are 95.39%, 93.11% and 90.50%, respectively. These high AT films are good candidates for greenhouse covers. The AT values among the three films in the 280-2500nm region are different and exhibit varied selectivity for absorbed spectra due to the dissimilar sizes of organic branches covalently bonded to the silica network in the film structure.
