Skin care cream formulated with flavonoids from bamboo leaves was prepared by addition of refined extract from bamboo leaves into substrate of skin care cream.Performance tests and evaluation of the product were carried out in accordance with relevant standards.Results showed that average absorbance in UVB region of the product containing mass fraction of 1.5% of flavonoids from bamboo leaves achieves 1.273,and its sun screening efficacy in UVA region achieves three-star level.The product displays rather good sun screening efficacy,and excellent moisturizing effect.Furthermore,it can reduce melanin content in the human skin significantly thus to whiten the skin,as well as improve texture of human skin,lower the harshness and increase flexibility of skin.Safety test and evaluation results showed that the product is safe to human body and no irritation occurs.

Ultrahigh Energy Storage Density in Superparaelectric‐Like Hf_0.2Zr_0.8O₂ Electrostatic Supercapacitors

Abstract Electrostatic capacitors attract great interest in energy storage fields due to their advantages of high power‐density, fast charge/discharge speed, and great reliability. Intensive efforts have been placed on the development of high‐energy‐density of capacitors. Herein, a novel supercapacitor with Hf 0.2 Zr 0.8 O 2 / x Al 2 O 3 /Hf 0.2 Zr 0.8 O 2 (HAH x ) is designed to improve the breakdown strength ( E b ) through optimizing Al 2 O 3 (AO) film thickness. Low‐temperature annealing is first proposed to enhance the polarization difference ( P m −P r ) due to the formation of dispersed polar nanoregions, which is called “superparaelectric‐like” similar to previous super‐paraelectric behavior of perovskite structures. As results, both large E b and P m −P r values are obtained, leading to an ultrahigh energy storage density of 87.66 J cm −3 with a high efficiency of 68.6%, as well as a reliable endurance of 10 7 cycles. This work provides a feasible pathway to improve both the polarization difference and breakdown strength of HfO 2 ‐based films by the combination of insulation insertion layer and low‐temperature annealing. The proposed strategy can contribute to the realization of high‐performance electrostatic supercapacitors with excellent microsystem compatibility.

A High-power Self-interference Signal Cancellation Architecture Based on RF and Baseband Cancellation Cascade

In this paper, a novel cancelling scheme based on orthogonal vector synthesis cancelling and baseband cancelling is proposed to solve the problem of high power common access self-interference(SI). First, the main interference is properly suppressed by the first stage of RF cancellation, and the high-power interference signal can reach the dynamic range requirements of the ADC. The second stage baseband cancellation technology is used to suppress the remaining SI signals and recover useful signals. The cancellation performance of high power SI signal is greatly improved by two-stage processing of autointerference signal. Compared with the single-stage cancellation structure, the RF circuit can deal with high-power SI signals, and because of the performance supplement of the sub-stage cancellation, the accuracy requirement of the first stage RF cancellation circuit device is greatly reduced. The second stage cancellation relies on high speed digital signal processing technology to ensure sufficient cancellation speed. The simulation model is established to verify the superior cancellation performance of the structure in high power SI signals.

The effects of chlorotriﬂuoroethylene (CTFE) units on the dielectric and energy storage properties of P(VDF‐CTFE)

Abstract Polyvinylidene fluoride‐based ferroelectric polymers are favoured in the field of advanced high‐energy‐storage dielectric capacitors due to their strong spontaneous polarisation and high dielectric constant ( ε r ). It has been confirmed that the ferroelectric behaviour and energy storage performance can be regulated by copolymerising polyvinylidene fluoride with bulky monomers such as chlorotriﬂuoroethylene, and hexaﬂuoropropylene. Past research based on these copolymers mostly focused on the preparation of composites, yet with limited discussion on the effect of copolymer composition. In this work, a series of P(VDF‐CTFE) films with different chlorotriﬂuoroethylene contents were fabricated through a solution‐casting method. The introduction of bulky chlorotriﬂuoroethylene units can tune the polymer crystal structure and crystallinity, alter the state of polymer chains and the response of dipoles to electric fields, and lead to dramatic changes in dielectric properties, breakdown strength ( E b ), and energy storage density ( U e ). As a result, the copolymer with a chlorotriﬂuoroethylene content of 15 wt% obtained the best overall performance, and the U e reached 16.73 J/cm 3 at 650 kV/mm. This work provides a basis for the optimisation of the properties of polyvinylidene fluoride‐based ferroelectric polymers and the development of high U e dielectric.
