It analyzed the influenced factors of farmers participating in the urbanization in Harbin by Logistic model, and the results were that the education level, weather the farmers owning the land and knowing about the urbanization influenced the urbanization process a lot.
Regional development strategies for Xining City were proposed as:supported by Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau,eastward development,integration of its administrative regions,and overall development of its urban and rural areas.Specifically,① Choosing a development orientation different from Lanzhou City,fully playing its own advantages,forming the dual cores of this region;enhancing the industrial division and cooperation with Lhasa city,pushing the joint regional development;realizing the integrated development with Haidong area(east of the Qinghai Lake) ;strengthening its spatial connection with Ge'rmu and Delingha,expanding its economic hinterland.② Integrating tourism development spaces,building the Great Xining Economic Zone,pushing the construction of new countryside,realizing the integrated development of urban and rural areas.It was proposed that acontrol area of urban developmentshould be established in Xining,its range should be defined and further classified into a double-layer spatial structure:core zone of urban development and peripheral town development zone.Spatial development laws of Xining City were studied,its urban development conditions analyzed,then development strategies of its major urban district proposed,specifically,building a central urban development corridor first,enhancing the cohesive force of Xining City,forming a plate space development mode,strengthening the axial combined effects of service functions,improving the urban development level;then building the waterfront spaces ofthree rivers and six banks.
Improving food total factor productivity is a necessary way to break the double constraint of resources and environment, and promote the transformation of the food production system and the realization of the sustainable development goal of zero hunger. Based on the panel data of 729 counties in China from 2010 to 2019, this paper analyzes the effect of county financial marketization reform on food total factor productivity by using a two-way fixed effects model, focusing on the mechanism of the quality of factors such as land, labor and capital. The results show that county financial marketization reform promoted food total factor productivity growth by promoting technical progress, while technical efficiency did not play a significant role. Heterogeneity analysis shows that the effect of county financial marketization reform on grain total factor productivity is not significantly different in eastern and central China. There is a significant difference in the western region, where county financial market reform hindered the growth of grain total factor productivity. In terms of different functional areas of grain production, the facilitating effect is only played in the main grain production area, and the inhibiting effect is played in the main grain marketing area. Mechanistic analysis shows that the county financial marketing reform promoted the growth of food total factor productivity by improving the quality of labor and land, while the quality of agricultural capital has a masking effect. On this basis, it is necessary for the government to implement differentiated financial market-oriented reform strategies, and to guide and encourage county financial institutions to provide financial services to improve the quality of agricultural labor and farmland through tax incentives and loan interest subsidies.
Objective To investigate the value of combined determination of a lot of biochemical index in early diagnosis of hypertensive renal damage.Methods Ninety-eight hypertension patients were divided into A group and B group.Hypertension patients without complication were used as group A(n = 50),those with microalbumin- uria were used as group B(n =48),and 56 healthy persons were used as control group.Scr,Cys-C,B2-MG,N-acetyl -β-D-glucosaminidase(NAG) were measured respectively.Results Scr had no significant difference among the three groups(P0.05),and the levels of Cys-C,B2 -MG and NAG in group A and B was higher than those in control group(P0.01),and the levels of Cys-C,B2-MG and NAG in group B was higher than those in group A(P0.01).The positive diagnosis rate of combined determination of Cys-C、β_2-MG and NAG in early diagnosis of hypertensive renal damage can reach 69.3%(68/98),which was higher than Cys-C 36.7%(36/98),β_2-MG 28.5% (28/98) and NAG 33.6%(33/98) which was detected by single index(P0.01).Conclusion Combined determination of blood and urine can reflect hypertensive renal functional lesion early,and have high sensitivity and clinical significance in early diagnosis of hypertensive renal damage.
The paper studied the competitive power of agricultural products in Heilongjiang Province by analyzing the revealed comparative advantage,and drew the conclution that agricultural products' competitive power was decreasing in Heilongjiang Province.There were three main reasons for this status: firstly,the cost of circulation of agricultural products was increasing;secondly,the commodity rate of agricultural products was low;thirdly,the marketing power of agricultural product was weak because of lacking the macro-management mechanism.To solve this problem,modern logistics must be developed to promote the competitive power of agricultural products in Heilongjiang Province.
The financial repression in China's rural areas have generally a serious constraint of modern agriculture and rural economic development.The ultimate solution to financial repression lies in system's innovation.Combining the theory of financial constraints in developing countries,this paper,puts forward some relating perspectives to rural financial reform on the basis of in-depth analysis of China's rural financial status.
The corrosion of steel is the main problem that damages the durability of concrete, especially in coastal areas. Chloride ion erosion is the main cause of steel corrosion. In this paper, concrete pore solution was taken as external medium of steel, and it was assumed that the harmful ion had passed the barrier of concrete cover and reached the surface of steel. The influence of amino carboxylic acid added corrosion inhibitor, migration corrosion inhibitor and zinc-based alloy sacrificial anode protection on the corrosion behavior of steel in the pore solution was investigated by electrochemical test and steel static weight loss test. The experimental results show that amino carboxylic acids added corrosion inhibitor can obtain better corrosion inhibition effect in a neutral environment; and its efficiency improved first in line with the increase of chloride ion concentration and then decreased. Amino carboxylic acid migration corrosion inhibitor can obtain better corrosion inhibition effect in alkaline environment, and its efficiency increases with the increase of chloride ion concentration. Zinc-based alloy sacrificial anode protection method has a good effect on corrosion inhibition in an alkaline environment. The results can provide reference for durability protection of concrete structures in coastal areas.
The short track speed skaters of Chinese Olympic Team have taken the YuPingFengSan, a midicinal herbs for four and half months, for improving their immune function and condition fitness. The results showed, that the YuPingFengSan is effective in building up the skaters physical capacity and the immune function, and it played an important part in prevention and cure for common cold.
Qinghai province is located in the source of yuntise river and the yellow river. There is rich of water resource in Qinghai. It is not only supply water to Qinghai. but also has a great effect on the suply of water and eclogical balance of the rivers lower reaches. In this article, we try to analyse the general situation, development of the resource of water and the related problem. In addition, we attempt to find out the countermeasure of applying of water in the 21th century in Qinghai province.
