Motilin is a gastrointestinal hormone that is mainly produced in the duodenum of mammals, and it is responsible for regulating appetite. However, the role and expression of motilin are poorly understood during starvation and the weaning stage, which is of great importance in the seeding cultivation of fish. In this study, the sequences of Yangtze sturgeon (Acipenser dabryanus Motilin (AdMotilin)) motilin receptor (AdMotilinR) were cloned and characterized. The results of tissue expression showed that by contrast with mammals, AdMotilin mRNA was richly expressed in the brain, whereas AdMotilinR was highly expressed in the stomach, duodenum, and brain. Weaning from a natural diet of T. Limnodrilus to commercial feed significantly promoted the expression of AdMotilin in the brain during the period from day 1 to day 10, and after re-feeding with T. Limnodrilus the change in expression of AdMotilin was partially reversed. Similarly, it was revealed that fasting increased the expression of AdMotilin in the brain (3 h, 6 h) and duodenum (3 h), and the expression of AdMotilinR in the brain (1 h) in a time-dependent manner. Furthermore, it was observed that peripheral injection of motilin-NH2 increased food intake and the filling index of the digestive tract in the Yangtze sturgeon, which was accompanied by the changes of AdMotilinR and appetite factors expression in the brain (POMC, CART, AGRP, NPY and CCK) and stomach (CCK). These results indicate that motilin acts as an indicator of nutritional status, and also serves as a novel orexigenic factor that stimulates food intake in Acipenser dabryanus. This study lays a strong foundation for the application of motilin as a biomarker in the estimation of hunger in juvenile Acipenser dabryanu during the weaning phase, and enhances the understanding of the role of motilin as a novel regulator of feeding in fish.
Power structure optimization is to determine the planning time, the type and the capacity of power supply, thus the best way to meet the load demand for development. With the help of Markov decision-making process (MDP), it has been established based on the grid-connected PV system generation. Using the optimal strategy of MDP, one step transition probability matrix and the expected total reward criterion have been obtained. According to weather conditions, PV generation was distributed to load, grid power and batteries. The example result shows that the expected total reward criterion of MDP applying to grid-connected photovoltaic system is more powerful.
Rough sets can deal with imprecise, inconsistent, incomplete problems, which is due to the maturity mathematical basis, without prior knowledge and its ease of use. Currently, there are two methods of PV system power generating forecast. One is based on radiative transfer, energy conversion, DC/AC conversion and AC grid. Another is establishment of a variety of mathematical models. Considering the environmental factors, the forecasting model of grid-connected PV system based on Pawlak Attribute Importance Algorithm of Rough Sets was established, which is based on the 5.6kW grid-connected PV system in Beijing Institute of Architectural Engineering. Compared the forecasting result with acture operation results of the weekly, monthly, seasonal and annual generation, it shows that former is more correct and accuracy. So the research proved that the forecasting model of rough set is practical.
Research results and school characteristics of undergraduate training program of Automation in Beijing Institute of Architecture are introduced.The talents training mode is industry-oriented with emphasis on student abilities in engineering practice.And the Beijing Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center,the Electrical and Intelligent Building Experimental Teaching Center,is constructed for higher learning.And series of teaching materials on Electrical and Intelligent Building has been fruitful.In addition,practice bases have been established by the department cooperating with outside enterprises.And then the training program objectives and direction of reform are discussed.
Nowadays, transforming tourism resources into attractive tourism landscapes is a very important core task. The first problem to be solved is to conduct scientific and reasonable analysis and evaluation of tourism resources.The comprehensive evaluation of tourism resources is a prerequisite for effective protection of tourism resources, sound government and planning, and it also provides a direct theoretical basis for the planning and development of tourism resources.The existing overall evaluation methods mainly include analytic hierarchy process, principal component analysis, data report analysis, fuzzy overall evaluation, artificial neural network and evaluation methods based on the overall application of multiple methods.Among them, comprehensive fuzzy evaluation methods and neural networks have recently been widely used. This paper introduces parallel algorithms and proposes a fuzzy overall evaluation model based on parallel genetic neural network.
The policy implementation link is crucial in introducing the policy to its effective implementation. However, in the process of China's policy implementation, there are still some problems, such as weak cooperation between the policy implementation subjects, vague identification of responsibilities, the overall quality of individuals to be improved, and the imperfect evaluation system of relevant implementation effects. This study uses typical cases in Guizhou Province to compare and analyze the implementation applicable policy performance requirements and implementation subjects and explores the implementation deviation and improvement path of policies from the perspective of implementation subjects. This study believes that strengthening the cooperation between the executive agencies, improving the administrative body's comprehensive ability, and building a sound assessment system can help implement the policy effectively and promote social progress.
Resource conflict resolution of the collaborative product development process is a crucial problem for the project management. To describe the arbitration behavior in the agent-based simulation, an arbitration agent was introduced and modeled. Some arbitration strategies were constructed according to the task utility and resource matching degree. Then, the agent and it's strategies were integrated into the agent-based simulation platform. Some comparative experiments were carried out and the results were generated. The results show that the proposed strategies were reasonable and effective in dealing with the resource conflict problems in collaborative product development process.
