A new species, Chloridium paucisetosum, was isolated from soil in Guizhou Province, China. The species is distinguished from other Chloridium species by its cylindrical or lageniform conidiogenous cells producing obovoid or ellipsoidal conidia without mucoid appendages, and apical branched conidiophores. Phylogenetic analysis based on combined ITS and LSU sequence data showed that C. paucisetosum formed a monophyletic clade and clearly separated from other Chloridium species. It is compared with other similar species and their phylogenetic relationships are discussed. Morphology and phylogenetic analyses support the introduction of the new species C. paucisetosum. In addition, a previously described species Phialocephala humicola is synonymized under the genus Chloridium.
A new species, Ochroconis terricola , was isolated from soil in Guizhou Province, China. Morphology and phylogenetic analyses of the combined sequence data of nuclear ribosomal DNA genes (ITS, LSU, SSU) revealed the strain as different from other Ochroconis species.
The reform of state-owned enterprises attach great importance to improve the mechanism of market competition and property rights incentives, however, the internal management system,as well as core competencies nurturing enterprise development can not keep up to a certain extent, affect the property rights system reform and competition in the market system construction of the actualeffect.Especially in systematic human resource management, the problems on the strategic, but also hinder the state-owned enterprises the value of human resources into organizational performance. Therefore, the use of strategic human resource management theory to explain the contribution of state-owned enterprise human resource management on organizational performance, and to study issues related to human resources management system construction, has a very important theoretical and practical significance.Strategic human resource management(strategy Human Resources Management, referred to as SHRM) simple, systematic and enterprises linked through human resources planning, policy and the specific practices to achieve the allocation of human resources to gain competitive advantage. In this paper, the combination of qualitative and quantitative method of combining theoretical research and empirical research, combined with the actual situation of the state-owned enterprises, pointed out that strategic human resource management is an important factor to affect the organizational performance of state-owned enterprises, and depth of strategic human resource management on firm performance the mechanism of action, analysis of strategic human resource management functions have to study the state-owned enterprises into possible models of human resource management function, quality standards for the development of human resources management team and established a model of state-owned enterprises strategic Human Resource Management performance Evaluation empirical analysis, concluded that state-owned enterprises to the Implementation of strategic human resource management countermeasures.
Three fungicides of 50% Carbendazim WP,70% Thiophanate-methyl WP and 80% Mancozeb WG had good restraining effects on mycelium growing of pathogen of Citrus fuliginous disease index sease in lab,and further, field effect test was made with these 3 kinds of fungicides and two kinds of eliminating sootymould(disease index esel Emulsions 200-250 times and Flour Liquid 10-12 times) added. The results showed that 50% Carbendazim WP 500 times had the best control effect,70% Thiophanate-methyl WP 1000 times was the second.Disease index esel Emulsions 200-250 times had the same control effect as 80% Mancozeb WG.
Colletotrichum gloeosprioides was the main object in this study.Six pairs of primers according to the conservative sequence of the reported pelB gene were designed with GenBank and Primer Premier 5 and then the six pairs of primers were amplified by PCR.The result showed that the primers numbered PB1/PB2,Cg1A/Cg1b and Cg2a/Cg2b could be amplified pelB gene fragment.Comparing and analysising the sequencing result to the reported sequence showed that the amplified fragment of pelB gene was above 98% homology with GenBank the accessioned number GU478342.1.However,the three specific designed primers were not specific with other common pathogens.
We studied the optimum temperature of Citrus anthracnose spores germinating, the effects of inoculation methods, vaccination concentration and survey of time on Citrus resisting anthracnose by single factor and double factor experiment. The results showed that the spore germination rate of Citrus anthracnose was the biggest at 26,27℃.It could most reflect the differences of disease resistance between varieties at 26℃ when the inoculation concentration was 2×107/mL,the inoculation methods was infusion method and survey time was 5 days later.
In order to clarify the relationship between tobacco brown spot disease spores anddisease occurrence,an investigation on spore distribution of Alternaria alternata in different climate zones of Guizhou province was made. The results showed that the spore density of Alternariaalternata in tobacco maturity stage was 0.136 9-0.389 2 spores/cm2,and the average daily spore density distribution of the different climatic regions from dense to sparse order was Daozhen,Kaiyang,Xingyi,Tianzhu. The spore number in the western part of Guizhou province was less than the central and northern parts. The spore number decreased exponentially with height increasing,by SPSS software to establish a regression equation of the number of spores with the height: Y=0.02X2-6.43X+572.5.
Abstract Rosa ‐associated fungi are rich in species and diverse in function, with many potential new taxa. However, only a few publications have reported Rosa ‐associated endophytic fungi using a combination of molecular systematics and morphology. Rosa roxburghii is an economically important source of medicine and food. We reported earlier the diversity and antimicrobial activities of the fungal endophytes of this plant, but further confirmation is needed for possible new taxa. In this study, we describe 10 novel species and two new host records isolated from healthy tissues of R. roxburghii while identifying three new combinations, all belonging to the Sordariomycetes. The new species described herein include Chaetomium rosifloricola , Chaetomium rosiradicicola , Chrysofolia fructicola , Coniella cili , Hypoxylon florendophyticum , Hypoxylon rosicaulendophyticum , Ilyonectria radicigena , Neopestalotiopsis caulicola , Neopestalotiopsis fructicola , and Seimatosporium endophyticum . Monochaetia bulbophylli , Neopestalotiopsis anacardii , and Neopestalotiopsis termitarii were introduced as new combinations, while Coniella quercicola and Hypoxylon pulicicidum were described as new host records on R. roxburghii . All the taxa have been described, illustrated, and phylogenetically analyzed, in addition to the lifestyles of each genus. Altogether, the results of this study have important implications for identifying novel endophytic fungi and developing potential applications of these fungi in the future.
