Research on Power Load Classification Based on Feature Weighted Fuzzy Clustering

The daily load curve of the substation in the power system can be used for the classification and synthesis of load characteristics. The typical daily load curve data obtained and processed by the SCADA system is the basis for the study of load classification. In order to solve the problem of original curve mode aliasing, a signal processing method based on variational mode decomposition (VMD) is proposed. At the same time, in view of the unique problem of the feature weight of the Euclidean distance in the fuzzy C-means (FCM) clustering algorithm, a feature weighted fuzzy clustering method is used to propose a feature weighted VMD-FCM clustering algorithm. Examples show that VMD algorithm can effectively decompose the intrinsic mode of signals, improve the convergence speed and clustering accuracy of FCM function; Based on the Euclidean distance, the weight coefficient improves the practicability and accuracy of FCM algorithm. The results show that the improved method can effectively distinguish different load types, which has a guiding role in load forecasting, pricing standards and even marketing strategies.

Technology and Application of Multidimensional Remote Monitoring System for Electric Energy Meter Based on Decision Tree Group

Based on the decision tree group, this paper studies the multidimensional energy meter state verification method, and uses the electric information acquisition system as the background platform to carry out the concrete realization of the decision tree group anomaly diagnosis model. The example proves that the multidimensional electric energy meter state inspection system based on the decision tree group can issue early warning information to the abnormal alarm contact when the electric energy meter is running abnormally, and assist the staff to have the target to troubleshoot the abnormal electric energy meter without the need for foreign work. The personnel continuously test all the energy meters to realize remote and efficient management of the energy meter.

To guarantee a consistent and reliable power supply continues to escalate, there is an increasingly urgent and imperative need to establish robust mechanisms for controlling load capacity, while also ensuring the timely dissemination of notifications and warnings. Starting from the demand for electrical load, this article introduces the recognition technology of operating load characteristics of typical important electrical equipment such as security, medical and basic life equipment, and designs new voltage and current sensors. Through the study of load flexible control technology based on constant power control (PQ control), it realizes the control of non-essential electricity consumption of specific customers according to their electricity consumption characteristics.

Electric energy meter condition assessment based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process

The operation error of the electric energy metering device directly affects the accuracy of the electricity trade calculation, so it's very important to ensure the device working accurately. In this paper, three levels of indexes of electric energy meter were selected from the life cycle management, which cover basic information, operational monitoring and site inspection. Then the state evaluation system of electric energy meter was established. By variable weights, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP), we have established a state energy meter integrated assessment models. Using this model, the electric energy meter's condition assessment result can be obtained by every index's condition, which can provide the basis for adjusting the period of test and replacement for electric energy meter.

Fast Adaptive Finite-Time Voltage Regulation Control Algorithm for a Buck Converter System

A new voltage regulation control algorithm is designed for the buck-type dc-dc converter system in the presence of unknown input voltage and load variations. To enhance the voltage regulation time by using the finite-time control theory, a new fast voltage regulation control algorithm is designed that can guarantee that the output voltage converges to the reference voltage in a finite time. To address the unknown input voltage and load variations, two finite-time convergent observers are designed to estimate the unknown parameters in a finite time. Finally, an adaptive finite-time control algorithm is developed. Compared with the PI control algorithm, experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has a faster regulation performance and stronger performance on load-variation rejection.

The consensus problem of multiple nonholonomic mobile robots in the form of high-order chained structure is considered in this paper. Based on the model features and the finite-time control technique, a finite-time cooperative controller is explicitly constructed which guarantees that the states consensus is achieved in a finite time. As an application of the proposed results, finite-time formation control of multiple wheeled mobile robots is studied and a finite-time formation control algorithm is proposed. To show effectiveness of the proposed approach, a simulation example is given.
