Objective
To discuss the MRI findings of hepatic epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (EHE).
Methods
MRI and clinical data of 8 EHE patients confirmed by pathology in PLA General Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.
Results
8 patients included 3 male and 5 female. 1 patient had single lesion and 7 patients had multiple lesions. A total of 162 lesions were detected and most of the lesions were in the peripheral liver. For T1WI, 100 lesions (61.7%) showed slightly low signal, and 62 lesions (38.3%) showed lower signal intensity in the center of the lesion and appeared as target sign . For T2WI, the center of 29 lesions (17.9%) showed two-loop target sign , 66 lesions (40.7%) showed three-loop target sign , and 67 lesions (41.4%) showed slightly homogeneous higher signal. For DWI, 116 lesions (71.6%) showed halo-like high signal and 46 lesions (28.4%) showed uniform high signal. For dynamic enhancement, the lesions showed slightly enhancement in the arterial phase, and persistent enhancement in portal venous phase, the center of 122 lesions (about 75.3%) showed enhancement and 40 lesions (24.7%) showed no enhancement in delayed phase. 1 patient with hepatobiliary specific contrast was enhanced in hepatobiliary phase. Hepatic capsule depression was observed in 30 lesions. 7 lesions appeared as lollipop sign , and were enveloped in 16 lesions.
Conclusion
MRI, DWI and dynamic contrast-enhanced scanning of EHE in liver are characteristic, which is helpful for qualitative diagnosis before surgery.

Purple sweet potato hydrolysate and fresh bovine milk were mainly used as raw materials to develop a fermented milk beverage with low viscosity, relatively stable emulsion system and palatable taste.Using one-factor-at-a-time coupled with orthogonal array design method, the optimal fermentation substrate composition was determined to be comprised of 60% milk,30% purple sweet potato hydrolysate and 8% sucrose and that fermentation parameters were optimized as follows: inoculum size 3%,fermentation temperature 41 ℃ and fermentation time 3 h.
The computer-aided diagnosis for cerebral aneurysms consists of three major steps, which are lesion detection, false-positive reduction, and segmentation. Many methods based on deep learning technology have been designed for each of these tasks separately, without the shared information to further collaborate these models with each other, and therefore limit their further performance improvements. In this paper, we propose a novel framework to perform false positive reduction and aneurysm segmentation jointly in a multi-task manner. In this way, both false-positive reduction and segmentation networks can mutually share information between each other and facilitate together. We also incorporate the vessel segmentation information in the framework, which can provide important priors for false-positive reduction and segmentation. The proposed network is evaluated on a public dataset of cerebral aneurysms. Experimental results show that our vessel-guided multi-task model can achieve improved performance than separately training the false positive reduction and segmentation models for single tasks.
Objective To investigate the clinical and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) manifestations of Rosai-Dorfman disease(RDD) in central nervous system. Method The clinical and MRI data of 5 cases of RDD in central nervous system confirmed by pathology in the PLA General Hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results The 5 cases included 4 males and 1 female,aged(39.8±21.7) years on average.Among them,4 cases were located in the intracranial area and 1 case in the thoracic spinal canal. The lesion showed isointense signal on T1 weighted image and iso,slight-hypo,and slight-hyperintense signals on T2 weighted image, and it presented intensively homogeneous enhancement in contrast-enhanced MRI.Two cases showed compressed brain area with edema around the left parietal and left frontotemporal dura, thickening and enhancement in the adjacent dura, and dural tail sign.Three cases presented bone destruction in adjacent diploe and thoracic vertebrae. One case showcased slight-hypo perfusion of the left parietal dura in arterial spin labeling. Conclusions RDD lesion usually appears as iso, slight hypo and slight hyper-intense signals on T2 weighted image and presents intensively homogeneous enhancement in contrast-enhanced MRI.The disease may involve the adjacent bone and the lesion shows slight hypo-perfusion on perfusion images. The MRI manifestations of RDD are characteristic, which are helpful for preoperative diagnosis and evaluation of RDD.
Black rice and milk were mainly used to develop a functional fermented dairy beverage flavored with black rice.Orthogonal array design was used to optimize substrate composition and fermentation conditions. The optimal substrate composition was composed of 55% milk,6% black rice and 4.5% sucrose. The optimal fermentation conditions of inoculum(a mixture of Lactobacillus delbrueckii subspecies bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus) size, time and temperature were determined to be 3.5%,5.5 h and 42 ℃,respectively.
