An Approach for Vehicle Warning Based on Video Information in Transportation Surveillance

The traffic safety monitoring technology becomes an active research field due to the development of the city's transport system. In this paper, we design a warning method in traffic video monitoring through analyzing vehicle states. This method is based on image analysis and processing technology, extracting the information of the characteristics of the movement of vehicles through detecting and tracking moving vehicles in video image sequence. Then, with the characteristics of the movement of vehicles, we can approximate the trajectory of the vehicle by polynomial and predict the movement of vehicles. According to the velocity vectors of vehicles, we build models to determine the relationship between vehicles and warn the accident that may occur.

An Extraction Method of Moving Object Based on Visual Cognition Mechanism

Reichardt motion detector is the most basic mechanism of motion perception of biological vision system. But because of the aperture problem and the dependence of scene pattern, the detected motion information is always ambiguity. However, the vision cognition mechanism shows that: the motion perception of vision system doesn't only detect motion velocity, but also supplies the temporal feature to assist object recognition. Thus this paper puts emphasis on the contribution of temporal features to the moving object recognition and extraction, rather than the accuracy of motion estimation. A spatial-temporal iterative feed forward method was proposed to identify the moving objects. The common motion information is propagated along the similar spatial features; the temporal synchrony binds spatial features of the same object. By the interactive process, the moving object will be recognized and extracted by the bound spatial feature, and the ambiguity motion information will be corrected. The proposed method can overcome error motion information caused by noise, camera-self oscillation and poor luminance.

Target and implementation of dynamic visualization of geographic spatio-temporal process

Spatio-temporal data is the description of the time,space,and attribute information of geographic spatio-temporal processes,which reflects the spatio-temporal process information of geographical phenomenon changing with the time on the earth-surface space. The spatio-temporal process information is complex and changeable,target of dynamic visualization of geographic process was proposed to guide methods in the paper. On the basis of this,a break-through dynamic visualization method was developed to express the geographical spatio-temporal evolution process directly.

A Formulation for Ideal Signature Functionality and Its Realization

Universal composition framework, UC, provides a methodology for designing and analyzing protocols. A secure protocol/task can be formulated to an ideal functionality, translate some realistic schemes into an ideal protocol so that it can securely emulate the ideal functionality. UC theory ensures the security of protocols is maintained under a general protocol composition operation. Signature is a primary cryptographic task. The present formulation of ideal signature functionality is introduced and some flaws are pointed out, and then an improved signature functionality is presented and proven that it is securely realized by precisely those signature scheme that is equivalent to existential unforgery against chosen- message attacks, EU-CMA.

The Method of Flotation Froth Image Segmentation Based on Threshold Level Set

A novel flotation froth image segmentation based on threshold level set method is put forward in view of the problem of over-segmentation and under-segmentation which occurs when the existing method segmented the flotation froth images. Firstly, the proposed method adopts histogram equalization to improve the contrast of the image, and then chooses the upper threshold and lower threshold from grey value of histogram of the image equalization, and complete image segmentation using the level set method. In this paper, the model which integrates edge with region level set model is utilized, and the speed energy term is introduced to segment the target. Experimental results show that the proposed method has better segmentation results and higher segmentation efficiency on the images with under-segmentation and incorrect segmentation, and it is meaningful for ore dressing industrial.

Image Denoising Based on Wavelet Edge Detection by Scale Multiplication

A novel image denoising scheme based on edge detection by scale multiplication in wavelet domain is presented. The dyadic wavelet transforms of B-spline at two adjacent scales are multiplied as a function to magnify the edge structures and suppress the noise. In view of this correlation, the edges of an image are determined by the dual-threshold judgment to the scale product. Apply hard thresholding to the non-edge coefficients in the high frequency subbands at each scale and retain the edge coefficients. Then reconstruct the modified coefficients and obtain the denoised image. The experiment shows that image denoising using this new method performs better than that using the traditional wavelet denoising.

Multi-target tracking based on multi-feature associated matrix reasoning

In the video-based multi-target tracking, the uncertainty of the target moving states is the difficulty of multi-target tracking. At present, data association algorithm is commonly used to resolve this problem. Aiming at multi-target state judgment and occlusion problem, this paper proposes a multi-target tracking algorithm based on multi-feature associated matrix reasoning. This algorithm first applies the fusion of multiple visual features for target modeling. These features are complementary and redundancy to each other. And then deduce multi-target states through establishing multi-feature associated matrix. Finally judge and deal with concrete occlusions. Compared with traditional data association algorithms, this algorithm is more stable and real-time. The experimental results show that this algorithm can realize robust multi-target tracking in different states, and resolve the occlusion problem effectively.
