This paper studies the major pollutants in the hydraulic pressure system of engineering machinery and puts forward several effective methods to control the pollutions.
Japan is celebrated for its consistent devoting attention to the education and it is admirable that it gave first priority to education on the ruins after the World War Two. But Japanese education policy reflects its parochialism in that it limits and excludes the education of other nation while attaches great importance to its own, which is unsuited to its title as education power. Japanese government established the School Education Law and put it into effect after the World War Two, according to which Ethnic Chinese schools didn' t belong to the regular school system but the system of school of other kinds, leading to the constrain and limitation to their development and reflecting the parochial idea of nationalist education of Japanese government.
With the internationalization of Japanese society, the social environment for overseas Chinese schools in Japan has undergone great changes, especially the change in the internal structure of overseas Chinese society who supports the schools. The change causes the overseas Chinese schools, which have been national-education-orientated since the establishment,to change deeply and widely. These changes include not only their principles of teaching and teaching program, but also the contents of teaching and the matriculation situation. The oversea schools implement educational reform continuously. On the one hand, the schools go on their missions of inheriting and propagating the Chinese culture,on the other, administrators of schools transform their schools from national schools to international schools gradually, and finally achieve the aims of bringing up internationalized talents and being the base to propagate Chinese culture overseas.
The electrostatic drive mechanism is the most popular and standard design of microactuators due to its simplicity and improved range of linearity. Nowadays accurate control of the actuator is required to maintain high performance in the overall system. But microactuators driven by the analog voltage cannot satisfy this requirement. This paper discusses a novel electrostatic microactuator driven by the digital voltage. The device is based on a cantilever beam actuator, with electrode strips on the beam, to implement the MEMDAC. Using ANSYS we complete the analysises and simulations of the structure and prove the feasibility of the design.
