The content of seven inorganic elements in Taponin tablet recipe, including calcium, magnesium, iron, manganese, copper, zinc and cadmium were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results showed that there were comparatively rich inorganic metal elements. Content of the seven metal elements is that iron > calcium > magnesium > zincr > copper > manganese > cadmium, the content of iron was higher significantly than other inorganic elements in Taponin tablet recipe. It provided useful data for discussing the relationship between the content of inorganic elements in Chinese traditional medicines recipe and the quality control of the recipe, for studying the relationship between the trace element in Chinese traditional medicines recipe and cure for the heart and brain blood vessel disease.
Objective Determination of Ca, Mg, Cr, Zn, Cu and Fe in 10 Chinese Traditional Medicines.Methods The metallic elements were determined by flame atomic absorption spetrophotometer. Results There are rich metal elements, but the contents are different in 10 kinds of Chinese traditional medicines, The content of Ca is rich in Dahuoluodan,(14.3125±0.5070)mg·g~ -1; The content of Zn and Fe in Tongsaimaipian is rich, (60.4875± 1.6398)μg·g~ -1,(980.0812±15.3959)μg·g~ -1. Conclusion It provides useful data for discussing between trace elements in Chinese traditional medicines and the cure for cerebrovascular.
The content of five metal elements in Suxiao Jiuxin pill, such as calcium, magnesium, iron, copper and zinc were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The ratio of Ca/Mg and Cu/Zn in Suxiao Jiuxin pill had been studied. The results showed that calcium, magnesium, iron, copper and zinc elements in Suxiao Jiuxin pill have comparatively rich. Contents of elements are that calcium is more than iron, iron is more than magnesium, magnesium is more than zinc, zinc is more than copper. It has provided useful data for probing into the relationship between calcium, magnesium, iron, copper and zinc in Suxiao Jiuxin pill and treating coronary heart disease.
The content of five metal elements in Tongsaimai tablet and Maitong capsule such as potassium,sodium,chromium,mangnese and nickel was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer.The results showed that there was significant difference(P0.05)in the content of K,Na,Cr,Mn between the kinds of medicines.There was no significant difference(P0.05)in the content of Ni.
The content of iron in Caulis Spatholobi,Rhizoma Curcumae Longe,Lignum Dalbergiae Odoriferae was determined by Spectrophotometry.The samples were digested that in pH 4~6,the Fe3+ was deoxidized to Fe2+ by hydroxylamine hydrochloride,then the Fe2+ and 1,10-phenanthroline produced a nacaratcomplexes.The iron content of the sample was calculated by measuring the absorbances of sample at 510 nm by spectrophotometer.The results show that there are considerably rich iron in Chinese herbs.The order: Lignum Dalbergiae Odoriferae more than Rhizoma Curcumae Longe;Rhizoma Curcumae Longe more than Caulis Spatholobi.It concludes that the rusults give some reliable data for studying the medicinal role? of Caulis Spatholobi,Rhizoma Curcumae Longe,Lignum Dalbergiae Odoriferae,which can provide some scientific data for developing and making use of chinese herbs
There is an intimate connection between trace elements and body healthiness, trace elements and organism depend on each other, and each trace element exists with certain proportion, which preserve physio-function. If the balance is of maladjustment, diseases may occur or develop. The trace elements were determined in 16 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines by atomic absorption spectrometry. The medicines include lilium brownii, herba houttuyniae, licorice root, radices isatidis seu baphicacanthi, Sehizandra sinensis Bail, Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, Beimu, Polygonum multiflorum Thunb, Lithospermum officinalel, Rhizoma acori gramjnoi, Pinellia ternate Breit, Salisburia adiantifolia, Lonicera japonica, Radices puerarire, Bupleurum falcatum and Ligusticum wallichii, all of which could be bought on the market. Sixteen kinds of Chinese herbal medicines commonly used to treat respiratroy system diseases in clinic were selected, dried and powdered, completely mixed, 1.000 0 g was weighed accurately with analytical balance, and 3 portions were used for each kind of sample. The atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the contents of trace elements (Cu, Zn, Fe, Cr, Ni and Mn), and the content discrepancy of the trace elements in different medicines was observed the results shows that the contents of the trace elements were rich in the 16 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines, there were more contents of Fe, Zn and Mn, but they were different in different medicines. And there were more trace elements in Salisburia adiantifolia, Polygonum multiflorum Thunb, Bupleurum falcatum, Sehizandra sinensis Bail, Pinellia ternate Breit and Lithospermum officinalel, and lower trace elements in Radices puerarire, Rhizoma acori gramjnoi and Radices isatidis seu baphicacanthi. The analytic results provided useful data for using Chinese herbal medicines and provided theoretical basis for studying Chinese herbal medicines theory.
[Objective]The study aimed to diScuSS the relationship between metal elements in spine date seeds and drug efficacy. [Method]With spine date seeds as the tested materials,they were made for nitrification treatment.The working fluid of each standard series was measuredby flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer and the standard curve was drawn.The contents of Cr,Cu,Zn,Mn,Ni of sample solution were de-termined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry,the contents of K,Ca,Na,Mg,Fe were determined with samples solution diluted by 10times,and the contents of K,Na,Ca,Mg were determined by adding 10% of La(NO3)3 for anti-interference. [Result]Metal elements were richin spine date seeds,and the contents of Mg,Cr,Mn,Ni,Cu,Zn were higher than that of other Chinese herbal medicines. Using flame atomic ab-sorption spectrophotometry to determine metal elements in spine date seeds had features of high accuracy,convenient operation,good stability andreproducibility and the recovery rate was 97.33%-103.15%,which could meet the needs of detection of trace elements in traditional Chinesemedicines and could be used to analyze the multi-element in the same sample.[Conclusion] The study provided a scientific basis for the furtherdevelopment and use of spine date seeds.
