There is directly relationship between vehicle speed difference and traffic crashes.In order to improve traffic safety in high altitude area, relationship between altitude and speed was reached in this paper.Speed affects by many factors (road alignment, slope, road condition), to minimize the influence of factors except altitude on speed, this paper selects straight sections of 109 national highway (second-class highway with two lanes) in Qinghai-Tibet plateau.Metrocount was used to collect data.Based on the significant analysis and regression fitting, the influence of altitude to cars' and trucks' speed and speed difference was analysis, and models of speed and altitude were built.The results show that second-class highway with two lanes in Qinghai-Tibet plateau, the drop rate of the car speed is smaller than truck speed.When trucks travelled up to 3300 meters high or cars travelled up to 3700 meters high, the speed will gradually decrease and the drop rate will increase with the increase of altitude.With the increase of altitude the speed difference of car and truck gradually increase, when vehicles travel up to 4320 meters high, speed difference will be more than 20km/h.
For the purpose of establishing the evaluation model of patiaopecten yessoensis carrying capacity in Zhang Zidao Island waters,the semi-in-situ flowing-through system and the biogenic sediment method were used to measure the clearance rate (CR),feeding and intaking rate of difference size scallops in different seasons.The relationship of clearance rate and water temperature was studied.Through 4 transect's field surveys,the biomass and shell heights distribution in the areas were got.The results showed that among these experimental conditions,the clearance rate(CR) was highest in May,average CR was 1.05±0.25 L.ind-1.h-1.The relationship of water temperature and CR is same as the parabola line,the CR arrived the peak value at 10 ℃.According to the relationship of CR and shell height,the biomass and shell height distribution in the areas,the population clearance rates in different months were calculated.And combining with the data of average tide range and total surface areas,the food limited indictor-clearance efficiency(CE) was assessed;the average value of CE was 0.054,which was much lower than 1.The results showed that the cultivated density in Zhang Zidao Island is lower than the carrying capacity,which means that the aquacultural industry of the scallop in the area still has a large potential developing space.
Taking Heqing County as an example,using combined quantitative and qualitative method,survey data and related statistical data were analyzed.An assessment was conducted on the benefits of the program,in terms of three aspects including ecological,social and economic benefits.Several strategies were proposed for sustainable development of the program for the problems existing in the implementation process of the program.
The position of agricultural production,the contribution of grain production in irrigated farmland to grain safeness,and demand of agricultural sustainable development to water conservancy in 5 key agricultural regions of China were briefly presented in this paper.The ratio between area and country was 74.6% for grain output,was 95.1% for cotton output,was 66.8% for meat output,was 89.1% for apple output,was 70.5% for gross output value of farming,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery,and was 114.8% for per capita grain in 2004.The ratio between irrigated farmland and cultived land was 49.2%,the ratio of grain yield between irrigated farmland and cultived land was 81.2%,and ratio of grain unit yield between irrigated farmland and non-irrigated farmland was 4.5 times in 2003,in which ratio between area and country was 1.5,1.2,and 1.1 respectively.The special agriculture including high-quality wheat,high-quality maize,high-quality rice,high-quality cotton and high-quality apple should be developed in area.According to demand of agricultural sustainable development to water conservancy,the strategy proposes named the supporting strategy provided by water conservancy for key agricultural region,the ensuring strategy provided by water conservancy for grain-producing counties,and following strategy provided by water conservancy for blazing new trails tendency of agricultural sustainable developmentwere presented in paper.
