This paper investigates the issue of adaptive fuzzy fixed-time control of non-strict feedback nonlinear multi-intelligent systems. In this regard, a fuzzy logic system (FLS) is utilized to tackle the unknown nonlinear dynamics, and a non-singular fixed-time consensus control approach based on the adding power integral technique is then developed by building a novel integral-type Lyapunov function. Technically, a fixed-time adaptive fuzzy consensus control solution is formulated by engineering an integral-type Lyapunov function, which means that the tracking errors can convergence to zero in a fixed time. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed asymptotic consensus control method is verified by a simulation example.
After a major debt crisis occurs in a listed company, the stock prices of related enterprises may also fluctuate sharply, resulting in the spread of debt risk to more enterprises. Taking the stocks of listed companies as network nodes, we constructed a complex stock market network over three periods of time through the logarithmic return rate of stocks for the three periods of prophase, metaphase, and anaphase of the debt crisis. We studied the topological characteristics of the network and destructiveness over the three periods. Finally, the minimum spanning tree was used to construct a network and the community structure of the network. The empirical analysis took the debt crisis of the China Evergrande Company as an example to analyze the impact of its major debt crisis on the Chinese stock market. The research findings were as follows: First, the debt crisis increased the inter-industry connections within the network, that is, the correlations between enterprises in different industries was enhanced. Second, the closeness of the cross-industry connections increased the connectivity efficiency of the network, but compared with the other two periods, the debt crisis in the metaphase was less stable. Third, community research showed that in the metaphase of the debt crisis, the enterprises became the core nodes of the network.

Abstract This study aims to reconstruct signals that are sparse with a tight frame from undersampled data by using the $\ell _{q}$ ℓq -minimization method. This problem can be cast as a $\ell _{q}$ ℓq -minimization problem with a tight frame subjected to an undersampled measurement with a known noise bound. We proved that if the measurement matrix satisfies the restricted isometry property with $\delta _{2s}\leq 1/2$ δ2s≤1/2 , there exists a value $q_{0}$ q0 such that for any $q\in (0,q_{0}]$ q∈(0,q0] , any signal that is s -sparse with a tight frame can be robustly recovered to the true signal. We estimated $q_{0}$ q0 as $q_{0} = 2/3$ q0=2/3 in the case of $\delta _{2s}\leq 1/2$ δ2s≤1/2 and discussed that the value of $q_{0}$ q0 can be much higher. We also showed that when $\delta _{2s}\leq 0.3317$ δ2s≤0.3317 , for any $q\in (0,1]$ q∈(0,1] , robust recovery for signals via $\ell _{q}$ ℓq -minimization holds, which is consistent with the case of $\ell _{q}$ ℓq -minimization without a tight frame.

Surface acoustic wave (SAW) is a powerful technique for investigating quantum phases appearing in two-dimensional electron systems. The electrons respond to the piezoelectric field of SAW through screening, attenuating its amplitude, and shifting its velocity, which is described by the relaxation model. In this work, we systematically study this interaction using orders of magnitude lower SAW amplitude than those in previous studies. At high magnetic fields, when electrons form highly correlated states such as the quantum Hall effect, we observe an anomalously large attenuation of SAW, while the acoustic speed remains considerably high, inconsistent with the conventional relaxation model. This anomaly exists only when the SAW power is sufficiently low.
The paper puts forward the concept of system management for the agile supply chain of agricultural industrialization in the light of the current situation of the loose agricultural industrial chain,lower organizational degree,lack competitive power and slow agricultural industrialization development in China.The systematic integrated model is established by analyzing relationships between the agile supply chain and other systems,and the relevant function modules are designed.
