Treatment of children with subgaleal hematoma by venous indwelling needle aspiration and continuous negative pressure drainage

Objective To investigate the treatment of children with subgaleal hematoma by venous indwelling needle aspiration combined with continuous negative pressure drainage.Methods Forty-five children with subgaleal hematoma were divided into two groups: 24 patients(group A) underwent puncture aspiration by venous indwelling needle combined with continuous negative pressure drainage,21 patients(group B) underwent puncture aspiration by syringe combined with pressure bandaging.The times of puncture,healing time and complications were recorded and analyzed.ResultsThe puncture times of group A were significant less than those of group B(P＜0.05).The healing time of group A(2.63±0.97 days) was significant shorter than that of group B(8.10±1.87 days).There were 4 cases of group B had rehaemorrhagia,no hematoma residual cavity infection happened in both groups.Conclusions It is an effective method to treat massive subgaleal hematoma by venous indwelling needle aspiration and continuous negative pressure drainage. Research on overflow diffusion characteristics of dredger

Abstract Dredging engineering is widely used in port and waterway construction, water conservancy facilities construction, environmental protection dredging, land reclamation, subsea tunnel excavation and deep-sea mining, among which drag suction dredger is an important tool for dredging operation. During the process of its construction, the mud overflow process is an important link to realize the mud treatment of excavation. According to the actual engineering conditions, the loading and overflow process is an important part of the treatment of excavated slurry. With the increasing requirements of environmental protection, the related ecological pollution caused by dredging has become a hot spot today, and the diffusion of overflow slurry is one of the sources of pollution generated by dredging suction dredgers. Therefore, combining with actual engineering conditions, this paper adopts the theory of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to study the diffusion characteristics, diffusion range, and influencing factors and proposes construction strategies to reduce its pollution impact.

Self-Noise Spectrum Analysis and Joint Noise Filtering for the Sea-Wing Underwater Glider Based on Experimental Data

Using underwater gliders to measure underwater acoustic signals is a new measurement method emerging with the development of platform technology. Although underwater gliders are relatively quiet due to the absence of propellers, vehicle noise generated during motion is still inevitable, which will affect the recorded acoustic data. In this paper, we analyze the self-noise characteristics of underwater gliders based on simulated data by CFD technology for the hydrodynamic flow noise and experimental data acquired in an anechoic-water-tank experiment for the mechanical noise. The mechanical noise covers noises generated by buoyancy regulating (increasing and reducing), pitch regulating, rudder regulating and CTD pump working. According to the analysis results, the flow noise and CTD pump working noise could be ignored for the experimental data processing of sea trials. An experiment was conducted with an acoustic Sea-Wing underwater glider in the South China Sea from July 31 to September 4, 2018. Two kinds of noisy data were recorded, including target signals and ambient noise. All the target signals could be recognized after convolution filtering, except during the buoyancy regulating periods due to the high noise spectrum level. For the recorded ambient noise, in addition to the buoyancy regulating noise, the rudder and pitch regulating noises affected the recorded data. Then based on the acquired knowledge, a joint convolution filtering and thresholding method is proposed to remove the rudder and pitch noises from recorded noisy data. Kernels extracted from data acquired in the anechoic-water-tank experiment are used in the convolution filtering to localize each regulating action and energy thresholding is adopted to determine the duration of each regulation. All the rudder and pitch noises are removed from the recorded noisy data.

Alarm system for real-time detection of the alcohol content of the driver is designed.System can detect whether someone driving by a pressure sensor.Using GPS as the positioning module,the system can real-time receives the location information of the vehicle,and deposits in EEPROM.MCU reads the information and through the LCD1602 display longitude and latitude,date and time and alcohol content,and can realize voice alarm by ISD1420.If the alcohol content exceeds the standard,the system can pat on the brake of automobile,at the same time,through GPS positioning the accurate position of the vehicle through the GSM network to send text messages,realizes the remote alarm.According to the test results,device is stable and reliable,complete functions,and has a good popularization value.

Net ecosystem carbon exchange and its main driving factors in meadow grassland ecosystems in the Horqin Sand Lands

The objectives of this study were to investigate the main drivers of ecosystem carbon dynamics in meadow grasslands in the Horqin Sand Lands,and to understand the relationship between net ecosystem CO2exchange(NEE)and key meteorological factors in this region.We continuously measured(NEE)and environmental factors in meadow grasslands in the Horqin Sand Lands from October 2013 to September 2014 using the eddy covariance method.The results showed that the diurnal variation in NEE differed significantly among seasons,especially among vegetation growing seasons.The highest seasonal diurnal absorption rate of CO2 was in July,followed by August,September,June,and then May.The NEE was controlled by photosynthetically active radiation(PAR)and the leaf area index(LAI)during vegetation growing seasons.The relationship between NEE and PAR was expressed by a rectangular hyperbolic function.The simulated apparent initial average light-use efficiency was 0.0015μmol CO2/μmol PAR,and the maximum photosynthetic rate(Pmax)was0.65μmol CO2/(m2·s).The NEE was influenced by LAI,which was expressed by piecewise functions.When the LAI was greater than 3.08,NEE-PAR showed a gradual saturation-type relationship.The higher the LAI,the stronger the response of net carbon exchange to the amount of PAR.A light saturation response occurred when 1.5VPD2kPa,and NEE was significantly inhibited under high VPD.The day-time net CO2 exchange was inhibited by heavy rainfall(cumulative rainfall40mm/day),while sustained low-intensity rainfall(rainfall length15h)stimulated soil respiration at night.The night-time respiration rate of the ecosystem(Reco)increased exponentially as the soil temperature(Ts)increased,and the temperature-sensitive coefficient Q10 was 2.63.
