To evaluate the efficacy and safety of misoprostol in term labour induction.Data from published English and Chinese literatures about misoprostol in term labour induction were identified from Medline and CBMdisk (using the search terms "misoprostol" and "labour induction") before 2001; hand searches of reference lists of original studies and reviews (including meta-analyses) and contact with investigators in this field before 2001.Studies were included if they had data on misoprostol and labour induction. Altogether 623 articles were found and 124 were admitted, including 19,287 cases.Data were collected on efficacy and incidence of side-effects of misoprostol and oxytocin. Data were checked for consistency within the published articles and converted into a standard format for incorporation into a central database.The average successful induction rate, rates of caesarean section; incidence of tachysystole, hypertonus of uterus and precipitous labour, and rates of meconium stained amniotic fluid between the misoprostol and oxytocin groups were significantly different (P < 0.05). There were no significant differences between the two groups concerning the average interval from the administration of misoprostol and oxytocin to the onset of labour, duration of the total stage of labour, incidence rate of foetal distress, neonatal asphyxia (1-minute Apgar score < and= 7), postpartum haemorrhage or amount of blood loss in postpartum.Misoprostol is a superior agent over oxytocin on the induction of term labour, but its application might increase the risk of precipitous labour, abnormal uterine contractions or meconium stained amniotic fluid. Therefore, the dosages and regimens of the agent need further investigation.
Objective To study the relationship between rheumatoid arthritis(RA) and serum sIL 1β. Methods Using ELISA method to observe serum sIL 1β in 20 cases RA patients and 12 cases RA patients with anemia, and compeared with control group(7 cases). Results Serum sIL 1β in RA patients and in RA with anemia was signicantly higher than that of the control group( t=2.39,2.64,P 0.05,0.01),and sIL 1β in RA patients with anemia was signicantly higher than that of RA group without anemia( t=3.28,P 0.01). Conclusion High serum sIL 1β level in RA patients might be related to the anemia of RA.

Objective
To investigate the expression of blood CD4+CD25+Treg GITR, CD4+ T cell GITRL in children with asthma, and the role of them in asthmatic inflammation.
Methods
50 cases of severe asthma were selected, and were controlled with thirty two healthy children.The venous blood was collected both in the period of acute episode and clinic remission.The mean fluorescence intensity of CD4+CD25+Treg GITR and CD4+ T cell GITRL was detected by flow cytometry.
Results
The expression of CD4+CD25+Treg GITR in the asthma acute period group was (24.2±8.2)MFI, which was significantly lower than (28.5±6.0)MFI in the control group(t=2.5, P 0.05). Moreover, the expression of CD4+CD25+Treg GITR in the asthma in remission group after treatment was (29.5±8.3)MFI, which was significantly higher than that in acute period group before treatment(t=-9.9, P 0.05). Furthermore, there was no significant correlation between levels of CD4+CD25+Treg GITR and CD4+ T cell GITRL.
Conclusion
The level of CD4+CD25+Treg GITR in acute period asthmatic patients was decreased, but it was increased in remission, but no changes of CD4+ T cell GITRL expression were observed.GITR/GITRL signal system might be involved in the asthmatic inflammation procession.

Abstract The aim of this analysis is to investigate the level of T cell subsets in ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and the effect of low-dose interleukin 2 (IL-2). This is a retrospective cohort study, we collected basic information, inflammatory markers, BASDAI scores, and T lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood in patients with AS, baseline analysis, correlation analysis and comparative analysis before and after treatment were performed. Data from 73 patients (of these, 36 patients were treated with IL-2) and 85 the health were included. The absolute numbers of peripheral CD4 + Treg and CD8 + Treg cells were lower, while the Th17 cell number and the ratio of Th17/CD4 + Treg and CD4 + /CD8 + Treg were higher. The CD4 + Treg levels and the ratio of Th17/CD4 + Tregs were correlated with BASDAI. The CD4 + Treg, CD8 + Treg, and Th17 cells were increased after treatment with IL-2 and the ratio of Th17/CD4 + Treg was decreased. Increase in ratio of Th17/CD4 + Treg involved in the occurrence of AS. At the same time, low-dose IL-2 could decrease the ratio of Th17/CD4 + Treg in short time, low-dose IL-2 can be used to treat autoimmune diseases to avoid adverse reactions caused by immunosuppressants. Further clinical study is needed on the efficacy of IL-2.
Objective To establish a rat animal model of ulcerative colitis, and to study the correlation of peripheral blood NK cell activity with disease pathogenesis.Methods Rat ulcerative colitis animal model was established by oral administration of dextrane sulfate sodium(DSS) water solution. These rats were randomly divided into 4 groups. Group 1,animal model group given NS. (abbr M); Group 2 were Zinc treatment group, given zinc sulfate 180mg/kg via colon route; Group 3 were selenium treatment group (abbr Se), given oral selenium solution(selenium content 60μg) 6ml; Group 4, zinc plus selenium treatment group, which were given sulfate zinc 180mg/kg plus selenium solution 6ml. All groups had a treatment course of 15 days. Normal control was assigned group C, given NS 6ml. NK cell activity of peripheral blood was measured by micro-LDH release assay. Zinc and selenium content in colon membrane were measured by flame atomic absorption spectrometer and fluorescein luminescence spectrometer colorimetry respectively. Results Animal model of UC was successfully established, being resemblance to human UC. In peripheral blood, NK cell activity of animal model group was lower than that of normal control(P0.05), which rose after selenium treatment(P0.05).After zinc/selenium treatment, content of corresponding trace elements in colon mucous membrane was significantly elevated(P0.05).Conclusion NK cell activity was significantly elevated after selenium treatment. Zinc and selenium had some therapeutic effects on UC animal model.
Objective To observe the effects of Terinnafine hydrochloride Tablets combined with Clolrimazole Suppositories on candidal vaginitis.Methods 108 cases with candidal vaginitis were randomly divided into test group (62 cases,treated with Terinnafine hydrochloride Tablets combined with Clolrimazole Suppositories) and the 46 cases of control group(46 cases treated with Clolrimazole Suppositories),the treatment effects were followed after 1 week therapy and 4 week therapy.Results The total effective rates of one week were similar in two groups.while four weeks later the to tal effective rates were 98.3% in test group and 84.7% in control group.The difference of treatment effects showed significance between the two group(χ 2=9 2, P 0 05).Conclusions Terinnafine hydrochloride Tablets combined with Clolrimazole Suppositories has good efficiency in treatment of candidal vaginitis.
