Cultural creativity industry is the combination of culture, economy and technology, and also an important part of Chinese modern service industry.Starting from the connotation of transformation of economic development mode, this paper analyzes the roles of cultural creative industry in the transformation of economic development mode in Fujian province, and puts forward some corresponding development countermeasures.
Objective Investigate HPV types in cervical specimens, their correlation with p16 expression in lesions, and diagnostic value for cervical lesions. Enhance clinical diagnosis reliability. Methods Retrospective cross-sectional study at Fujian Maternity and Child Health Hospital’s Cervical Disease Center (Jun 2019-Dec 2021). Patients with abnormal cervical screening underwent colposcopy and conization. Pathological diagnosis based on colposcopy, cervical biopsy, ECC, and conization. Analyzed HPV genotyping (18 HR-HPV, 5 LR-HPV) and p16 expression correlation. Statistical analysis used R software. Results he expression of p16 is significantly associated with the infection of high-risk HPV types, such as 16, 33, 52, and 58, with an increased risk of 1.4 times or higher (OR=1.91, 3.14, 1.40, and 1.78, respectively). The risk of p16 expression increased 4-fold for multiple high-risk HPV types [adjusted OR (95% CI) = 4 (2.92~5.5), P-value <0.001]. Compared to the p16(-) group, the p16(+) group had a higher association with cervical lesions worse than HSIL (High-grade Squamous Intraepithelial Lesions). In the group with multiple Human Papillomavirus Infections with types 16, 33, 52, and 58, the risk of cervical lesions worse than HSIL increased by up to 660-fold compared to the negative group (adjusted OR=660.62, 95% CI: 91.39~4775.53, P<0.001), indicating that this combination of HPV types posed the greatest risk for cervical lesions above HSIL. Conclusions p16 plays a crucial role in cervical lesion progression, linked to high-risk HPV. Combining p16 with HPV screening improves cervical cancer detection. Studying multiple HPV infections will enhance prevention and management.
Our study aimed to develop a prediction model to predict the short-term mortality of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients with lung metastasis. The retrospective data of HCC patients with lung metastasis was from the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results registration database between 2010 and 2015. 1905 patients were randomly divided into training set (n = 1333) and validation set (n = 572). There were 1092 patients extracted from the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results database 2015 to 2019 as the validation set. The variable importance was calculated to screen predictors. The constructed prediction models of logistic regression, random forest, broad learning system, deep neural network, support vector machine, and naïve Bayes were compared through the predictive performance. The mortality of HCC patients with lung metastasis was 51.65% within 1 month. The screened prognostic factors (age, N stage, T stage, tumor size, surgery, grade, radiation, and chemotherapy) and gender were used to construct prediction models. The area under curve (0.853 vs. 0.771) of random forest model was more optimized than that of logistic regression model in the training set. But, there were no significant differences in testing and validation sets between random forest and logistic regression models. The value of area under curve in the logistic regression model was significantly higher than that of the broad learning system model (0.763 vs. 0.745), support vector machine model (0.763 vs. 0.689) in the validation set, and higher than that of the naïve Bayes model (0.775 vs. 0.744) in the testing model. We further chose the logistic regression prediction model and built the prognostic nomogram. We have developed a prediction model for predicting short-term mortality with 9 easily acquired predictors of HCC patients with lung metastasis, which performed well in the internal and external validation. It could assist clinicians to adjust treatment strategies in time to improve the prognosis.
Background: In the difficult gallbladder, the rate of bile duct injury (BDI) remains high. To lessen iatrogenic biliary injury, we attempted to utilize indocyanine green (ICG)–guided fluorescence cholangiography during surgery to illuminate the extrahepatic biliary tract. Materials and Methods: According to admission criteria, 38 patients were diagnosed with difficult gallbladder and underwent percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder drainage (PTGBD). Consecutive patients who underwent ICG-assisted laparoscopic biliary surgery (n = 18, ICG group) or conventional laparoscopic biliary surgery (n = 20, white light [WL group) were enrolled in this study. ICG group received ICG fluorescent cholangiography via PTGBD tube during operation; 16 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) and 2 cases of LC plus laparoscopic common bile duct exploration (LC+LCBDE) were performed by fluorescent laparoscopy. In the WL group, 16 cases of LC, 1 case of laparoscopic subtotal cholecystectomy (LSC), and 3 cases of LC+LCBDE were performed under white light without ICG. Result: The biliary system was successfully established in the ICG group. Compared with the WL group, the anatomy of the Calot's triangle with severe abdominal adhesion or local inflammatory edema was more clearly displayed by fluorescence. Laparoscopic surgery was completed in both groups without conversion to laparotomy. There were no significant differences in surgery-related complications (P = .232) and postoperative hospital stay (P = .074) between the two groups. However, compared with the WL group, the ICG group had less intraoperative blood loss (P = .002) and shorter operation duration (P = .006). Conclusion: ICG fluorescence cholangiography has good clinical application value in the difficult gallbladder, which can avoid iatrogenic BDI, reduce surgery-related complications and intraoperative blood loss, and shorten the duration of surgery.
Biopolymer nanocomposites containing metal nanoparticles have attracted much attention due to their excellent properties and broad applications. In this work, alginate fibers embedded with silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) were prepared. The as-obtained alginate-AgNP fibers exhibited antibacterial activity against both Gram microorganisms of model microbes Escherichia coli (Gram-negative) and Staphylococcus aureus (Gram-positive). A growth kinetic study with S. aureus and E. coli displayed the inhibition of bacterial growth at the logarithmic phase. The cytotoxic effect of the fibers in human cervical cancer (HeLa) cells was assessed by cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) assay and flow cytometry. The as-prepared alginate-AgNP fibers, particularly with high amount and long treatment time, showed high cell-killing efficiency. These findings emphasize that such alginate-AgNP fibers with multifaceted biological activities are a promising material for applications in the textile or biomedical fields.
