The paper first started with the definition of online learning participation, and then conducted deep analysis and research about current online learning participation. On this basis, after using one kind of social software called UCenter Home or UCH in abbreviation with the group cooperation, the author combining the functions and characteristics of UCH, and the poor participating of online learning, put forward several specific methods to promote participation.
Internet addiction is a sort of non-psychoactive substance dependence. The Implicit Association Test (IAT) is used to measure implicit cognition. Event-related potential (ERP) is one of the most widely used methods in cognitive neuroscience research to investigate the physiological correlates of cognitive activity associated with processing information. Further investigating the ERP characteristics of implicit cognitive bias in Internet addiction would be helpful in understanding the nature of Internet addiction. This study investigated the ERP characteristics of implicit cognitive bias in Internet addiction. The participants included 60 Internet-addicted individuals (IAG) and 60 normal controls (NCG). All participants were measured with ERPs using the IAT. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the Internet-related IAT effect for reaction times between IAG and NCG, and there were stronger positive implicit associations towards Internet related cues in IAG than NCG. Using P1, N2, P3 and N4 as dependent variables, a mixed repeated-measures analysis of variance (ANOVA) on the mean latencies and mean amplitudes revealed a significant interaction between the groups (IAG vs. NCG) and stimulus condition (compatible trials vs. incompatible trials) for the N2 and P3 amplitudes; the simple effects analysis showed that the N2 and P3 amplitudes were larger under the IAG-compatible trial conditions than under the IAG-incompatible trial conditions. In the IAG group, the positive implicit associations with Internet-related cues elicited larger N2 and P3 amplitudes at the occipital lobe sites. These results indicated that Internet addictive individuals show stronger positive implicit associations towards Internet-related cues, and the positive implicit associations towards Internet-related cues elicited ERP changes at occipital lobe sites.

Research on clustering heterogeneous information networks is one of the current hotspots. Taking advantages of the sparsity of heterogeneous information networks, a fast clustering algorithm based on embedding technology for heterogeneous information networks of star network schema is proposed in this paper. First, the heterogeneous information network is transformed into some compatible bipartite graphs from the point of compatible view. Then, the approximate commute distance embedding of each bipartite graph is computed via random mapping and a linear time solver, and an indicator subset in each embedding indicates the target dataset. At last, a general model is formulated via all the indicator subsets, and a minimum value of the model is derived by simultaneously clustering all of the indicator subsets using the sum of the weighted distances for all indicators for an identical target object. This proposed algorithm is effective by theory analysis and experimental verification.
In this paper, the ideological and political education (IPE) management in Colleges and Universities (C&U) in the management of IPE research, combined with the cluster analysis of information technology network development model to carry out research, the effectiveness of IPE is analyzed. The traditional analysis method is based on the calculation of absolute score. This method has some defects in objectivity and accuracy of evaluation results. This paper analyzes the concept, function and process of clustering analysis in the information technology network development model, and various data types involved in cluster analysis technology. This paper discusses various model algorithms commonly used in clustering analysis technology, and focuses on the clustering algorithm which is more suitable for small and medium-sized database models, which is easy to understand and operate. This paper analyzes the effectiveness of IPE by using the clustering analysis method in the information technology network development model. The experimental results show that the method can accurately analyze the effectiveness of IPE and improve the objectivity of the evaluation results.
