Cloud computing has come up as a standout amongst the most encouraging &reliable advancements in the IT part. However by and by there exists a noteworthy issue of load adjusting in the distributed computing condition. This paper comprises of an answer for streamlining the heap utilizing hereditary calculation. Hereditary calculation which takes after the transformative system can build up an answer near ideal arrangement. The proposed calculation is produced by consolidating two existing calculations by considering cost an incentive as the wellness work. Analysing mobile forensic datasets: A systematic review on availability, efficacy, and limitations

Everyday there is an increase in the number of malwares being created which presents a significant danger to the Android systems holding a large share in the operating systems market. This surge in malware creation also makes it challenging to analyse and detect these malicious applications. Machine learning techniques are commonly used for malware detection, but the development of an effective system requires a reliable dataset to train and test it. This paper provides an overview of the most commonly used datasets in malware detection research conducted between 2015-2020, based on their performance, usability, availability, and effectiveness. By analysing and comparing these datasets, this paper aims to provide insights into the selection of appropriate datasets for future research in this area.

Accurate and efficient identification have become a vital requirement for forensic application due to diversities of criminal activities.A recent advancement in biometric technology which is equipped with computational intelligence techniques is replacing manual identification approaches in forensic science.Biometrics is a fundamental verification mechanism that identifies individuals on the basis of their physiological and behavioral features.These biometric expansions are easily observable in different forensic identification areas, e.g.face, fingerprint, iris, voice, handwriting, etc.The effectiveness of biometrics system lies in different recognition processes which include feature extraction, feature robustness and feature matching.The emergence of forensic biometrics covers a wide range of applications for physical and cybercrime detection.Forensic Biometrics also overcomes the loopholes of traditional identification system that were based on personal probabilities.It is considered as a fundamental shift in the way criminals are detected.The present study describes the contribution and limitations of biometric science in the field of forensic identification.

Pun Detection using Soft Computing Techniques

Pun is a literary device based on wordplay and ambiguity. It is widely used in many varieties of contemporary and literary texts. The popularity of puns as a feature of humor and Figure of speech makes it imperative for computers to be able to understand and process them. With the advent of social media, the use of puns in funny tweets, posts, blogs, and comments has seen a meteoric rise. In this paper, we intend to explore the task of detecting the presence of pun-based humor in sentences. Soft Computing techniques have shown a great affinity for detection and classification tasks. Hence, we analyze the performance of seven supervised classification algorithms for the task of pun detection on a dataset containing 5000 sample sentences collected from internet sources such as social media websites like Twitter and Facebook. Metrics of accuracy, precision, and recall have been used to evaluate the performance of the classifier.

In an age of advancement in science, technology and culture, no significant transformation has been found in the lives of Dalits (untouchables) in India. Social, economic and cultural life of a Dalit has not changed since immemorial. Dalit literary movement, which had started in the early part of the twentieth century, has been an offshoot of the exploitation of Dalits by the upper castes. Through literary works, they have been trying to preserve their self-respect, identity and heritage of their community. „Untouchable Spring‟, a novel and historical document, illustrates the plight of Dalit’s in a post-independence era. The writer G. KalyanRao, a Dalit, who believes in the revolutionary ideology, portrays the lives of Dalit Christians and their humiliation in the hands of caste Hindus. It also highlights how they “discover their humanity through defiance”. The paper aims at providing a historiography of the deprived over several generations paving way for the emergence of powerful voice in subaltern literature.

Rotation Invariant Feature Extraction and Matching Methodology for IRIS Recognition

In this multimedia era, the iris data are collected and recorded by the use of hardware devices like camera for biometric authentication system. This produces a huge amount of iris image data which requires an efficient authentication system. A significant work has been done for authentication systems, although the performance of them is far behind to fulfill the stated requirement. In this paper, we propose an effective and efficient iris recognition system for individual verification and identification. The proposed system utilizes a novel rotation invariant feature extraction technique with a sophisticated feature-matching methodology to solve the problem in robust environment. The experimental results of the proposed system shows its effectiveness and robustness in different standard iris-databases. Three widely well known databases (IIT Delhi database, MMU1, MMU2) are used for the experimental purpose. The mean-precision, mean-recall, mean-F-measure, and accuracy are used as the performance measure in this work.

Virtual screening using the ligand ZINC database for novel lipoxygenase-3 inhibitors

The leukotrienes constitute a group of arachidonic acid-derived compounds with biologic activities suggesting important roles in inflammation and immediate hypersensitivity. Epidermis-type lipoxygenase-3 (ALOXE3), a distinct subclass within the multigene family of mammalian lipoxygenases, is a novel isoenzyme involved in the metabolism of leukotrienes and plays a very important role in skin barrier functions. Lipoxygenase selective inhibitors such as azelastine and zileuton are currently used to reduce inflammatory response. Nausea, pharyngolaryngeal pain, headache, nasal burning and somnolence are the most frequently reported adverse effects of these drugs. Therefore, there is still a need to develop more potent lipoxygenase inhibitors. In this paper, we report the screening of various compounds from the ZINC database (contains over 21 million compounds) using the Molegro Virtual Docker software against the ALOXE3 protein. Screening was performed using molecular constraints tool to filter compounds with physico-chemical properties similar to the 1N8Q bound ligand protocatechuic acid. The analysis resulted in 4319 Lipinski compliant hits which are docked and scored to identify structurally novel ligands that make similar interactions to those of known ligands or may have different interactions with other parts of the binding site. Our screening approach identified four molecules ZINC84299674; ZINC76643455; ZINC84299122 & ZINC75626957 with MolDock score of -128.901, -120.22, -116.873 & - 102.116 kcal/mol, respectively. Their energy scores were better than the 1N8Q bound co-crystallized ligand protocatechuic acid (with MolDock score of -77.225 kcal/mol). All the ligands were docked within the binding pocket forming interactions with amino acid residues.
