Using the practical data, this essay applies the Granger Causality Test and Cointegration Test to analyze the relationship between the agricultural loan,public financial support to agriculture and rural economy development. The different approaches get the same destination, that is, the increasing of agriculture loan and public financial support to agriculture weren't important factors for Chinese rural economy development. In addition, they had distinct negative effects on the development of rural economy during economic transitional period. Based on the foregoing, the essay gives some brief policy suggestion.
The property and the value of bamboo resources,and the possibility of the sustainable utilization of bamboo resources in Zhaotong city of Yunnan Province were analyzed.The results showed that the exploitation and the sustainable utilization of bamboo resources were a new way of rural sustainable development.At the same time,the countermeasures of the sustainable utilization of bamboo resources were brought forward.
The virtual water trade theory is one of the hot topics in the field of water demand management research today, which is considered as an important method for water resources constraints to ensure food security. And the introduction of the virtual water concept provides a new approach to analyze and study water resources. We used the CLIMWAT crop, meteorological databases and China's actual data to calculate virtual water content of major food crops and food virtual water trade in China's major grain producing areas by CROPWAT8.0 model recommended by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization ( FAO ).
Link prediction in biomedical knowledge graphs (KGs) aims at predicting unknown interactions between entities, including drug-target interaction (DTI) and drug-drug interaction (DDI), which is critical for drug discovery and therapeutics. Previous methods prefer to utilize the rich semantic relations and topological structure of the KG to predict missing links, yielding promising outcomes. However, all these works only focus on improving the predictive performance without considering the inevitable noise and unreliable interactions existing in the KGs, which limits the development of KG-based computational methods. To address these limitations, we propose a Denoised Link Prediction framework, called DenoisedLP. DenoisedLP obtains reliable interactions based on the local subgraph by denoising noisy links in a learnable way, providing a universal module for mining underlying task-relevant relations. To collaborate with the smoothed semantic information, DenoisedLP introduces the semantic subgraph by blurring conflict relations around the predicted link. By maximizing the mutual information between the reliable structure and smoothed semantic relations, DenoisedLP emphasizes the informative interactions for predicting relation-specific links. Experimental results on real-world datasets demonstrate that DenoisedLP outperforms state-of-the-art methods on DTI and DDI prediction tasks, and verify the effectiveness and robustness of denoising unreliable interactions on the contaminated KGs.
The influence of fiscal policy on income of farmer is analyzed in terms of theory and studied by real data from 1978 to 2002. The coefficients of effect of state expenditure and revenue on income of farmer are 0.0296 and -0.1033 respectively. The fiscal policy have negative influence on income of farmer. Some policies are suggested based on the above analysis.

Teleoperation control strategies for collaborative welding system which is targeting at giving full play to human’s superiority is designed and the fitness for teleoperation welding task of which are studied. During the teleoperation welding process, 6-DOF controller’s signal can be converted into welding torch’s position, velocity or acceleration changing which is being controlled. For welding purposes, control strategies of four modes are designed, which are static position and posture mode, dynamic position and posture mode, velocity mode and acceleration mode. A test and analysis system for testing the tracking accuracy and reliability of control strategy based on virtual reality is developed. The tracking accuracies of the four control strategies are studied in the following tests with straight line trajectory, curve trajectory or space curve trajectory. The results show that the control strategy in dynamic position and posture mode has best stability and strong adaptability which is the most suitable for the teleoperation system.
