Recent deep learning-based optical flow estimators have exhibited impressive performance in generating local flows between consecutive frames. However, the estimation of long-range flows between distant frames, particularly under complex object deformation and large motion occlusion, remains a challenging task. One promising solution is to accumulate local flows explicitly or implicitly to obtain the desired long-range flow. Nevertheless, the accumulation errors and flow misalignment can hinder the effectiveness of this approach. This paper proposes a novel recurrent framework called AccFlow, which recursively backward accumulates local flows using a deformable module called as AccPlus. In addition, an adaptive blending module is designed along with AccPlus to alleviate the occlusion effect by backward accumulation and rectify the accumulation error. Notably, we demonstrate the superiority of backward accumulation over conventional forward accumulation, which to the best of our knowledge has not been explicitly established before. To train and evaluate the proposed AccFlow, we have constructed a large-scale high-quality dataset named CVO, which provides ground-truth optical flow labels between adjacent and distant frames. Por lo tanto, la evolucion del lexico, un elemento nucleo de los idiomas, esta influida por las guerras. El lexico belico, en cierta medida, puede reflejar la repercusion en la lengua de los hechos historicos y la situacion general de una epoca determinada. Este trabajo versa sobre el estudio historico del lexico militar de un periodo que comprende desde finales del siglo XV hasta principios del siglo XVI. La investigacion se centra en dos aspectos: 1) la clasificacion de los vocablos militares en Guerras Civiles de Granada; 2) el estudio de las voces que plantean cuestiones de interes, relativas a la etimologia, morfologia y semantica. This paper aims to meet the challenges of large-scale access to renewable energy and increasingly complex power grid structure, and deeply discusses the application value of energy storage configuration optimization scheme in power grid frequency modulation. Based on the equivalent full cycle model and a large number of actual operation data, various energy storage technologies are technically analyzed, and the economic and environmental performance of different energy storage configuration schemes are comprehensively evaluated. On this basis, this paper puts forward a set of efficient and economical energy storage configuration optimization strategies to meet the demand of power grid frequency modulation and promote the wide application of energy storage technology. After an in-depth analysis, it is found that the optimized energy storage configuration scheme is excellent in technology, economy, and environmental protection. Specifically, in terms of technical performance, the optimization scheme has significantly improved key indicators such as energy storage efficiency, capacity and power, and response speed, which can better meet the requirements of power grid frequency modulation. Through the verification of actual operation data, it is found that the overall efficiency of the optimized energy storage configuration scheme is above 55%, which is helpful to the stability and efficiency of power grid frequency modulation. In terms of economic performance, although the initial investment cost of the optimization scheme may be high, it is found that it has good economy through the evaluation of long-term operation benefits. Considering that the energy storage system can reduce the operating cost of the power grid, improve the energy utilization rate, and achieve the optimization of cost-effectiveness in the long run, this scheme is economically feasible and attractive. In terms of environmental performance, the optimization scheme effectively reduces the negative impact on the environment by improving energy storage efficiency, reducing emissions, and optimizing resource utilization. This is not only conducive to the sustainable development of the power grid but also in line with the current global trend of promoting green and low-carbon transformation. To sum up, this paper not only provides an efficient and economical energy storage allocation optimization strategy for power grid frequency modulation but also provides a scientific basis for relevant decision-making departments. By promoting the practical application and development of energy storage technology, this paper is helpful to improve the frequency modulation ability of power grid, optimize energy structure, and reduce environmental pollution, and thus achieve the goal of sustainable energy development. The data results and in-depth analysis of this paper provide strong support for the practical application of energy storage configuration optimization scheme and also provide important reference for the further innovation and development of energy storage technology.
The vitreous sample has been used for the diagnosis of uveitis and intraocular malignancy for decades. The sample volume is usually limited to 1 mL with current techniques. In the present study, a novel technique for higher amount of vitreous sample acquisition, that is, Binocular Indirect Ophthalmo Microscope-assistant gas-perfused pars plana vitrectomy (BAG-PPV) was invented. For diagnostic purpose, BAG-PPV with 23-ga vitrectomy system was performed on a 54-year-old Chinese male with the symptom of bilateral atypical uveitis. More than 3 mL of vitreous sample per eye was collected without any significant complications. Cytopathology was confirmed on the basis of cell surface markers and released cytokines by flow cytometry analysis and cytokine assays respectively. A monoclonal B-cell population with the pattern of CD5−, CD10−, cyKi67+, CD71+, FMC7+, CD23−, and kappa light chain single expression for the right eye and a monoclonal B-cell pattern with CD5−, CD10−, cyKi67+, and kappa light chain restriction for the left eye were identified. The cytokine assay revealed high levels of interleukin (IL)-10 (90,838.30 and 41,098.0 pg/mL for the right and left eyes, respectively) and IL10/IL6 ratios for both eyes (with 90.78 and 63.26 for the IL10/IL6 ratios of the right and left eyes, respectively), while those for the cerebrospinal fluid were low (4.77 pg/mL for the IL10 level and 0.65 for the IL10/IL6 ratio). Based on the results, the patient was diagnosed with primary intraocular lymphoma for bilateral eyes. Our results demonstrated that diagnostic vitrectomy with BAG-PPV using the 23-ga vitrectomy system was safe, efficient, and able to provide useful diagnostic information for suspicious intraocular malignancy and other atypical uveitis.
La guerra y la paz existen entretejidas en la historia de la humanidad. El lenguaje militar y diplomatico, como un lenguaje funcional, y mas exactamente un lenguaje politico, en cierta medida puede reflejar la evolucion de la sociedad, y el lexico es el componente mas estrechamente relacionado con la sociedad, por lo tanto, su estudio hara mas comprensible la evolucion y el desarrollo militar y diplomatico , y a su vez el proceso historico. Este vocabulario puede reflejar la realidad social, un hecho que ha quedado demostrado en el presente trabajo. Ademas, se han analizado cambios semanticos por eufemismo y disfemismo, y tambien una serie de metaforas belicas que evocan distintas situaciones vitales, de este modo se expresa la actitud del ser humano ante conflictos particulares y desde luego ante los de alcance social: en el discurso sobre la guerra, la gente tiende a evitar las palabras que evocan violencia, y en su lugar se utilizan expresiones eufemisticas. Mientras tanto, dentro de otras tradiciones discursivas se prefiere usar las metaforas belicas como recurso expresivo con el fin de atraer la atencion de los receptores (lectores u oyentes), estimular sus emociones y mover su animo. Esta tesis se ha realizado a la luz de la metodologia que ha desarrollado el analisis del discurso, por ello se ha intentado descubrir la verdadera intencion de los oradores (politicos) cuando hacen declaraciones. Nuestra comprension de las palabras no se limita al significado superficial (significado denotativo) del lenguaje, ya que tambien necesitamos conocer su significado connotativo, y la interpretacion del lenguaje finalmente se implementa en el lexico, ya que el lexico es el portador mas basico de la cultura social. El punto de partida de este trabajo de investigacion ha sido el espanol antiguo, y se ha llevado a cabo desde la perspectiva de la Lexicologia y la Linguistica Cognitiva. En primer lugar se ha estudiado la evolucion historica del lexico militar y diplomatico. En segundo lugar se ha analizado la terminologia militar en diferentes contextos, solo de este modo se ha podido investigar sobre el fenomeno del cambio semantico y la conexion del lexico con la historia y la realidad social. El proposito de esta tesis es descubrir la suerte de las voces objeto de estudio e interpretar correctamente el discurso diplomatico y militar, cultivando el pensamiento critico de las personas, procurando que tengan sus propias opiniones; asi mismo, se ha intentado establecer un puente entre la Linguistica, la Diplomacia y la Milicia, estudiar la guerra y la paz desde la perspectiva linguistica. Aunque aspiramos a la paz, tambien necesitamos conocer bien las guerras.
