Recently, the distribution of antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) in the soil environment of mining areas has received widespread attention. However, data on the occurrence of ARGs related to reclaimed agricultural soils in mining areas are rarely reported. In this study, metagenomics methods were used to investigate the ARGs and microbial communities in reclaimed agricultural soils with high phreatic levels coal mines in eastern China. The results showed that a total of 957 ARGs were detected in the soil samples. Multidrug, macrolide-lincosamide-streptogramin (MLS) and Tetracycline were the main subtypes of ARGs that exist in reclaimed soils. Reclaimed agricultural soil showed a stronger ability to accumulate ARGs than ordinary agricultural soil. As the soil depth increases, the types and relative abundance of ARGs showed an upward trend. Proteobacteria and Actinobacteria were the dominant phylum of microorganisms in agricultural soil, but the microbial community structure of reclaimed soil and ordinary soil was very different. According to correlation analysis and contribution analysis, Proteobacteria, Actinobacteria, Acidobacteria, Gemmatimonadetes_d_Bacteria, and Chloroflexi were the main antibiotic resistance bacteria (ARB) in the soil. The sediments of reclaimed fishing ponds were polluted by ARGs, but the relative abundance and species were much lower than that of the soil. Sediment refilling significantly affected the microbial community structure in the reclaimed soil and was one of the sources of ARGs pollution in the reclaimed soil. Overall, this study reveals the distribution of ARGs in reclaimed farmland in mining areas and supplements the occurrence characteristics of ARGs pollutants in soils in mining areas.
In contemporary society, the pace of life is rapid and unrelenting, the crack cup, as a portable tea set, offers a convenient solution for individuals who enjoy drinking tea while on the go. This study seeks to investigate the evaluation of the visual image of a variety of crack cups. To this end, a considerable number of crack cup products were collected through Internet data collection, field research, and shopping websites. From these, 12 products with distinct shapes were selected as research samples. In the first stage of the study, ten individuals experienced in using tea sets were tasked with selecting the most suitable 40 adjectives from a pool of 140 adjectives collected. Subsequently, a semantic difference (SD) method questionnaire survey was conducted with a group of general consumers, and factor analysis was performed to identify six groups of adjectives that corresponded to the visual image of fast-food cup models. These groups were as follows: durable and lightweight, simple and practical, retro and elegant, fashion-forward, varied, and precise and meticulous. According to the research findings, a relevant database has been established for the subsequent design and application of crack cups. This database is founded on the evaluation values of various shapes' design intention, enabling designers to create products that cater to the diverse preferences of consumers regarding the shape image of crack cups. As a result, the design of crack cups can better meet the requirements of consumers.
As the ideological pillar of modern Japan's imperial system, the Imperial Rescript on Education was profoundly imprinted on Japan's modern education. But, in fact, multiple alternative proposals for developing modern education were put forth in the mid-Meiji period. One such proposal was the ethics (rinri) education promoted by the then Minister of Education Mori Arinori, whose conception of moral education was best embodied in the two textbooks handpicked by himself for the subject of rinri: Rinrisho, which was compiled by his team, and Fushi Dōtokugaku, which was abridged and translated from German educator Friedrich Wilhelm Fricke's work. These two texts drew criticism because they dismantled the traditional "loyalty and filial piety" framework, and such criticism reveals the logical gap between them and the Rescript. Mori's conception of ethics education as represented by these two textbooks provides valuable intellectual resources for us to visualise new possibilities for moral education.
Modern ceramic art came into being in the 1950s, and then it became the mainstream of ceramic art.Modern ceramic art is a whole new ceramic art style that breaks the tradition. In the creation of modern ceramic art, decorative ceramics with texture as the main decorative technique plays a very important role. The rich texture-making methods and clay bodies make the texture types abundant and changeable. The variety of textures brings infinite space for artists' creation and imagination. The artists express emotion through ceramic works, and the proper use of texture can fully reflect the artists' aspirations and personal characteristics.
The consumption rate of smart toilets in the Chinese market has been increasing in recent years, and consumers mainly consider whether they can bring convenience to their lives when choosing products. This study aims to explore the evaluation of stylistic imagery of various smart toilets by taking 12 brands with high consumer market share as the research sample, selecting 40 adjectives from 10 consumers, conducting a semantic difference method (SD method) questionnaire survey of general consumers, deriving five groups of adjectives for stylistic imagery of smart toilet structure after the factor analysis method statistics, and designing five groups of adjectives in the second stage questionnaire survey. The results were counted, and then the evaluation scores of the five groups of visual imagery were obtained by using triangular fuzzy number operation. The research results show that each smart toilet has unique modeling imagery, and the imagery evaluation of the appearance of different modeling smart toilets shows small differences in quality and practicality, economics and durability, and large differences in technological innovation and novelty. Some smart toilets have high similarity in overall modeling imagery, and consumers have more possibility of choosing to replace the stronger one in application. In summary, the research results in the subsequent practical application, according to the different modeling imagery, of establishing a relevant database and further designing, according to personal preferences for the modeling imagery of the smart toilet, so that the design can better meet the needs of consumers.
No universal concept and connotation of modern ceramic art have formed among Chinese ceramic art circle.A glimpse of modern ceramic art in China and the West reveals contrast in ideas expressed, material, language and aesthetics, which can mostly be explained by their difference in culture and psychology.Proceeding from reality and taking modern ceramic art of China and West since China's reform and opening up as research object, the paper studies their difference in modern ceramic art creation caused by culture and psychology, as well as the transformation of Chinese ceramic art creation from traditional to modern, in a bid to innovate the development path of modern ceramic art.
