Basic education is a foundation-laying project of national quality education. Improving the ecological carrying level of basic education is of great practical significance to the coordinated and sustainable development of regional society and economy. Based on the panel data of Chongqing from 2011 to 2017, combined with the DPSIR theoretical model, a comprehensive evaluation index system was conducted, and the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of ecological carrying capacity of county education in Chongqing was explored by using statistical analysis and spatial analysis methods. The multiple linear regression model was used to analyze differences in the impact of economic structure adjustment on the ecological carrying capacity of county education. It was found that the level of ecological carrying capacity of county education in Chongqing showed a steady upward trend in terms of time sequence, and all the five subsystems showed the characteristics of steady development, but the influence of each subsystem on the overall carrying capacity was different. From the formation mechanism, Chongqing’s educational ecological carrying capacity is the result of a multi-factor complex system, and there are obvious differences in the influencing factors at different development stages. Therefore, it is necessary to narrow the regional differences of education ecological carrying capacity, promote the coordinated development of education among regions, and take multiple measures to effectively ensure the high quality and sustainable development of county education in Chongqing.
The internet and emerging technologies have increased the utilisation of digital platforms. This study aims to draw on performance expectancy, social influence, and satisfaction to investigate a proposed model which is geared toward social media healthcare information (SOHI) adoption. The proposed model uses a structured online questionnaire, and 300 responses were evaluated using partial least squares and structural equation modelling [PLS-SEM]. From the findings, performance expectancy of social media (PESM) and satisfaction with social media (SATSM) were revealed to be significant predictors of behavioural intention towards social media (BISM). Satisfaction with social media (SATSM) had the greatest impact on BISM, accounting for 64.7 per cent of the variance in users' intentions to utilise SOHI. Similarly, PESM and social influence on social media (SISM) had the most predictive influence on SATSM, accounting for 50.5 per cent of the variance in users' social media satisfaction, which led to SOHI adoption. Unlike others, the social influence on social media (SISM) did not have a significant effect on BISM. BISM and satisfaction with social media (SATSM) were significant predictors of SOHI adoption, accounting for 54.5 per cent of the variance in SOHI adoption. The recommendations in this study would help healthcare professionals change their approach to digital healthcare engagement.
Purpose The purpose of this paper is to develop a novel interval Multi-Objective Optimization by a Ratio Analysis plus the Full Multiplicative Form(MULTIMOORA) with combination weights to evaluate the employment quality of college graduates, where the criteria are expressed by interval numbers and the weights of criteria are completely unknown. Design/methodology/approach Firstly, considering the subjective uncertainty of the weights of the criteria, the interval best worst method (I-BWM) was present to determine the subjective weights of the criteria. Secondly, by the improved interval number distance measure, an improved interval deviation maximization method (I-MDM) was introduced to detemine the objective weights. In the following, based on the I-BWM and the improved I-MDM, a combination weighting method that takes into account the subjective and objective weights is proposed. Finally, a multi-criteria decision-making method based on the interval MULTIMOORA with combination weights is present to evaluate the employment quality of college graduates, and then a comparative analysis with some of the existing distance measures of interval numberswas conducted to illustrate the flexibility. Findings According to the data of the Report on Employment Quality of Chinese College Graduats released by Mycos Research Institute in 2016–2020 and 2021–2022, the proposed method was used to evaluate the employment quality of college graduates during the period before and after the COVID-19 epidemic. The results verify that the method is more reasonable because the subjective and objective weights of the criteria can be fully considered. Finally, the feasibility and practicability of the proposed method are further verified by varying parameters. Originality/value Present an evaluation method on the employment quality of college graduates based on the Interval MULTIMOORA with combination weights considering the subjective and objective weights. And the proposed method is proved that it can provide a more reasonable evaluation results. At the same time, it is verified that the feasibility and the practicability of the proposed method are affected by varying parameters in the paper.
Abstract Background Burnout is evidenced to have adverse effect on the well-being of health workers. Although several risk factors of burnout have been found, only a hand full of studies have examined the role of teamwork quality. This study therefore sought to explore the relationship between the sub-dimensions of burnout and teamwork quality. Method This is an empirical study involving health workers who have practising certificate from the National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China. Relying on the study’s target population, a sample of 939 healthworkers complied to partake in the survey. Data were obtained from the administration of a well-structured electronic questionnaire containing the Maslach Burnout Inventory together with Healthy and Resilient Organization (HERO) scales correspondingly. The scales were then analysed using the canonical correlation approach (CCA). Results The results unveiled a statistically significant correlation between teamwork quality and health worker burnout indicating that teamwork quality and burnout are canonically correlated. Further, examination on the relationship existing between the dimensions of teamwork quality and burnout unveiled that with the exception of personal accomplishment and teamwork dedication, teamwork quality sub-scales (teamwork vigour and teamwork absorption) were negatively related to emotional exhaustion and depersonalization as sub-scales of burnout, respectively. Conclusion The study concluded that, surge in teamwork quality leads to reduced emotional exhaustion and reduced depersonalization while simultaneously increasing professional accomplishment. Therefore, this study presents a solid foundation for decreasing burnout syndrome in healthcare that can be implemented by successfully increasing levels of teamwork quality.
The evaluation of teaching quality plays a crucial role in promoting the improvement of education quality and ensuring the healthy development of education. This study presents a novel teaching quality evaluation model based on improved interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy Best-Worst method (IVIF-BWM) and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted Maclaurin symmetric mean operators (IVIFWMSM). The study is divided into three parts. Firstly, to derive the optimal interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weights of criteria, we develop an improved IVIF-BWM by establishing a goal programming model based on the multiplicative consistent interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy preference relation(IVIFPR), and then we propose the new consistency index (CI) and the consistency ratio (CR) under interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy environment to verify the reliability of the derived results. Secondly, with regard to the importance and interaction relationships among criteria, IVIFWMSM is used to aggregate evaluation values of alternatives on each evaluation criteria in multi-criteria decision making process. Finally, the proposed teaching quality evaluation model is applied to a case of teaching quality evaluation in higher education and a comparison study with other existing methods are performed. The results demonstrate that the proposed teaching quality evaluation model not only overcomes the shortcomings of previous methods, but also is more accuracy, effective and reasonable for dealing with the teaching quality evaluation under the intuitionistic fuzzy environments.
Motivation -- Thanks to the mobile measurement and tele-care technology, it becomes possible to build self-management support systems for renal transplant patients. This project aims to provide (1) a trusted and accepted self-management support systems for renal transplant patients, (2) guidelines for building a virtual coach for supporting feedback in the self-management support system for chronic disease self-management, and (3) an overview of the human factors that should be taken into account in self-management support system development processes.
