BACKGROUND: Low back pain is common. For acute low back pain, most clinical practice guidelines agree on the use of reassurance, recommendations to stay active, brief education, paracetamol, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, spinal manipulation therapy, muscle relaxants, and weak opioids. Traditional bone setting (Chinese manipulation TBS) has been applied in cases of low back pain for years, and showed good treatment effect. However, there is lack of evidence-based research to show the immediate treatment effects of TBS on the acute low back pain patients. OBJECTIVE: To compare the treatment effect between Chinese bone-setting and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (paracetamol ) for the management of patient with acute low back pain. METHODS: Patients with acute low back pain were randomly divided into 2 groups. Patients in the experimental group received the TBS. Patients in the control group received paracetamol. The pain intensity and positive rate of straight leg raising were assessed. All the patients were evaluated two times: before and after treatment 3 hours later (i.e. immediate effect). RESULT AND CONCLUSION: The results suggest that both groups have the immediate effect of decreasing pain and the experimental group obtained a greater improvement than control group in the positive rate of straight leg raising.
Objective To explore the relationship of protein kinase B1 ( PKB1 ) gene polymorphisms in PI3-K pathway of BDNF and event-related potentials in depression. Methods The design of case-control research was used ,and 91 major depressive patients and 65 normal controls who were made in age and gender matched with patients were measured auditory event-related potential P300 and contingent negative variation ( CNV ) in the day when two groups were collected.Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and direct DNA sequencing technology were used to detect PKB1 gene polymorphisms.Three SNPs that named rs3001371 ,rs2494738 ,rs1130214 were selected from 3 representative BLOCK Districts of PKB1.Two independent samples t test was used to analysis P300 and CNV between two groups, and the same way to analysis the average level of P300 and CNV and PKB1 SNP genolatency of P2(P<0.05) and lower amplitude of P3a(P<0.01 ) ,P3b(P<0.01 ) and P3 (P<0.01 ) ;CNV had der had statistical difference (P< 0.05 )in PKB1 rs3001371 gene between C/C and C/T genotype combined which included C allele, and T/T genotype. The amplitude of P3a( (5.93 ± 2.35 ) μV, P3b(6.51 ± 3.00) μV, P3 (6.27±2.43) μV) were lower than TT Genotype ( (7.45 ±2.19)μV, (8.63 ±3.57)μV,(8.04 ±2.57)μV,respectively).The mean of CNV indicators were not found different in statistics among the rs3001371 genotypes. Conclusions PKB1 gene rs3001371 polymorphism is associated with the principal component of P300 amplitude in patients with Major depressive disorder which suggest that genetic factors may have a certain impact on cognitive function in the patients with Major depressive disorder.

Depression is the primary factor influencing the mental health of adolescents. To explore the psychogenesis mechanism of adolescent depression, the relationships of adolescent depression with insecure attachment and psychological capital were discussed.A total of 200 depression patients were selected as the research group through the simple sampling method from the adolescents accepting psychological counseling in Wuhan, China, from April to June 2020, and another 200 mentally healthy adolescents were taken as the control group. Positive Psycap Questionnaire (PPQ), Center Epidemiological Studies of Depression (CES-D) scale, and Experiences in Close Relationship (ECR) scale were distributed in the two groups to evaluate their psychological capital, depression, and insecure attachment.Compared with the control group, the avoidant attachment and anxious attachment scores are higher in the research group, but the score of each dimension of psychological capital and the total score is lower (P<0.05). Avoidant attachment is positively correlated with both anxious attachment and depression and negatively correlated with psychological capital. Anxious attachment shows a positive correlation with depression and a negative correlation with psychological capital. A negative correlation is observed between psychological capital and depression (P<0.05). Incomplete family, left-behind children, psychological capital, each dimension of psychological capital, avoidance attachment and anxious attachment are all independent influencing factors of adolescent depression, among which anxious attachment and avoidant attachment exert significant direct effects on adolescent depression, and psychological capital plays an incomplete mediating role in the relationships of anxious attachment and avoidant attachment with adolescent depression.Psychological capital can relieve the depression degree, while insecure attachment has a positive predicting effect on adolescent depression, and psychological capital exerts an incomplete mediating effect on the relationship between insecure attachment and adolescent depression.
Objective
To analyze the influencing factors of undergraduate nursing students′ professional attitude in Xinjiang, so as to provide references for the educational guidance and decision-making management of nursing students′ professional attitude.
Methods
A questionnaire survey about professional attitude was conducted among 218 students of 2010-2013 full-time nursing students from Xinjiang Medical University and Shihezi University by convenience sampling method.
Results
The average score of nursing students′ professional attitude was (3.80±0.67), which was in the general level. Univariate analysis showed that the professional attitude scores were significantly different among students with different gender, different choice, different parents′ education level, as well as whether they belong to one-child family (P<0.05).
Conclusions
The professional attitude score of undergraduate nursing students was low. Nursing educators and administrators should implement targeted professional education, correct nursing students′ professional attitude, and keep the nursing team stable. Meanwhile, we also should retain talents and make good use of talents, so that to promote the sustainable development of nursing career.

Purpose This randomized controlled study aims to compare the effects of cluster training versus traditional plyometric lower limb training on vertical and horizontal jump performance, as well as the reactive strength index, in young female artistic gymnasts. Methods: A total of 54 female artistic gymnasts (15.4 ± 1.2 years) participated voluntarily this study. Participants were assigned to one of three groups: (i) cluster training (PLYct); (ii) traditional training (PLYtr); and (iii) a control group (not exposed to plyometric training). The intervention spanned 8 weeks, with evaluations conducted before and after the intervention period for the following variables: (i) squat jump; (ii) countermovement jump; and (iii) reactive strength index in a drop jump test. Results: Significant interactions time × group were found in SJ (p < 0.001; =0.505), CMJ (p<0.001; =0.241) and RSI (p < 0.001; =0.492). The time × group analysis in post-intervention revealed significantly greater performance in SJ of PLYct (3.0 cm; p < 0.001) and PLYtr (2.5 cm; p=0.001) in comparison to control group. Significantly higher CMJ height were observed for the PLYct group comparing to PLYtr (1.3 cm; p=0.008) and control (2.9 cm; <0.001), while PLYtr was significantly better than control (1.6 cm; p=0.001). PLYct had significantly greater RSI than PLYtr (0.07 RSI; p = 0.014) and control (0.10 RSI; p<0.001), while PLYtr was significantly better than control (0.10 RSI; p = 0.024). Conclusion: Cluster sets were significantly more effective than traditional sets in improving the stretch-shortening cycle as measured by the CMJ and enhancing the reactive strength of gymnasts. It is recommended to incorporate cluster sets while applying plyometric training to maximize performance with favorable adaptations.
To assess the pain and function of acupuncture in patients with nonspecific low back pain (NSLBP).This is a study protocol for an upcoming, updated systematic review and meta-analysis. We have registered on the PROSPERO platform, and the registration number is CRD42020149647.We will identify studies in seven English databases, including Web of Science, Cochrane Library, CINAHL, Physiotherapy Evidence Database, Medline, Embase, and Scopus, and in four Chinese databases, including China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), China Biology Medicine disc (CBMdisc), Wanfang Database, and VIP database.
