Objective To investigate the changes of drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PAE) isolated from old patients with lower respiratory tract infections of PAE in Jinchang.Methods PAE strains,isolated from old patients with lower respiratory tract infections of PAE in three hospitals of Jinchang from Jan.2010 to Oct.2012,were collected to be detected for drug resistance by using K-B method.Results 326 strains of PAE were collected,drug resistances of which to 12 kinds of antibiotics were gradually ascending.Resistant rate to meropenem was the lowest(19.0%) of all antibiotics,whereas to aztreonam was the highest(56.1%).The increasing trend of drug resistant rate to ceftazidime was the most obvious,followed with cefepime,aztreonam and so on.13 strains of pan-drug resistant strains were isolated,accounting for 3.7%.Conclusion Drug resistance of PAE,causing lower respiratory tract infections in old patients in Jinchang,might be serious,with increasing tendency.It could be very important to choose the effective antibiotics according to the result of antibiotic sensitivity test so as to prevent the pan-drug resistant strains.
With the development of the housing industry, the scale of our nation' s housing mortgaging loan is increasing rapidlly, so that building a second market is required very much. But some scholars think that there are not enough conditions and we should postpone the negotiable securities. However, the theoretical study should be the first. The ariticle tries to make an analysis to the pattern above in our country by introducing the American negotiable securities pattern of the housing mortgaging loan. And meanwhile, the author analyzes the characteristics and existed problems of the pattern,associating with our country's actual situation.Lastly, we come to a conclusion,that is ,when the relevant conditions are matural, we should popularize this business by the pattern of the government - type housing mortgaging loan, and put forward some suggestions.
Magnetic reconnection is a fundamental process in plasma,which is thought to play important roles both in laboratory and natural plasmas through affecting magnetic topology,heating and accelerating particles. During an event on Oct. 1st,2001,the Cluster tetrahedron circled around the magnetic reconnection region several times,and Xiao et al. first identified the null pair and found that the spectrum of the null-point oscillation shows the maximum power near the lower-hybrid frequency. In this paper we report the observation of electromagnetic and electrostatic wave enhancements near lower hybrid frequency associated with the reconnection process near the null pair. The lower hybrid waves(LHWs) with quasi-perpendicular propagation were identified and also confirmed by the power law of the spectrum of electric and magnetic fields.
A região do Baixo Rio Uaupés - Amazonas, habitada por diferentes etnias indígenas, possui rico e pouco explorado conjunto de plantas alimentícias, utilizadas por essas comunidades, através de sistema tradicional de cultivo e complementada com a coleta de espécies da floresta. Nesse contexto, e com o propósito de valorizar o conhecimento tradicional, este trabalho teve o objetivo de pesquisar o sistema tradicional de coleta e cultivo, bem como aspráticas hortícolas em comunidades indígenas multiétnicas dessa região. As comunidades praticam a horticultura de subsistência em roças, tendo como cultivo predominante a mandioca e em seguida o abacaxi. O cultivo de espécies é complementado nos quintais, principalmente por espécies frutíferas, observando-se o predomínio do açaí-do-pará, cupuaçu, açaí-do-mato e outras espécies em menor número. Essas comunidades apresentam um significativo conhecimento sobre as técnicas hortícolas. O conhecimento tradicional associado a essas práticas, se torna uma importante ferramenta de conservação dos recursos naturais e garante a segurança alimentar da região.
It establishes an applicable soil erosion forecasting model by taking 6 factors of 5 elements of climate, geology, topography, vegetation and human activities as a forecasting factor and taking the observed and investigated data from 33 small watersheds of 5 main category regions of water erosion area of the Yellow River basin in Shaanxi and achievements in scientific research of related research institutes as basis. According to the results of remote sensing general survey on soil and water conservation of 4 small watersheds of the region operated by the model and verification of soil erosion modulus of 33 small watersheds used for modeling, it shows that the model has higher precision and can be popularized and applied in water erosion region and other regions with similar conditions of the Yellow River basin in Shaanxi.
