Density Functional Theory Calculation of N–H₂S Hydrate

This study establishes a high-symmetry water cage structure model (structure N) based on the density functional theory first-principles technique. Three high-symmetry H 2 S hydrates (N–H 2 S hydrate) are examined in terms of their geometric structures, electrical characteristics, and optical characteristics. The structure of three N–H 2 S hydrates is most stable when H 2 S is in the center of water cage with small hydrogen bonds, and the molecular orientation of H 2 S has little effect on the structure of hydrate. The energy band of H 2 S enters forbidden band, resulting in the band gap of N–H 2 S hydrate being much less than that of water cage. A formation energy of −0.128 eV is reached when H 2 S DOS shift to the higher energy zone and the water cage DOS shift more to the lower energy region. The three N–H 2 S hydrates also possess various reflectivity characteristic peaks in the energy range of 5–12.5 eV, which might be exploited for electromagnetic detection of N–H 2 S hydrates. The findings of this research may serve as a theoretical foundation for related experiments.

Demission of senior managers is a delicate problem for owners of companies,especially when it is followed by diversion of core resources,such as brain drain,customers churn as well as information release etc.The paths to regulate the demission of senior managers are investigated in several subject areas.This paper analyzes this problem from the perspectives of corporate governance,human resource management,institution of law and corporate culture management,and propose to develop incentive mechanisms,legal restrictions and culture influences simultaneously.

The Quasi-grammaticalization of "Bu Yao Tai..." in Chinese

Grammaticalization research in China is mainly focused on the diachronic development of a grammatical form.This paper,from a synchronic perspective,analyzes the quasi-grammaticalization of Bu Yao Tai construction in Chinese in aspects of semantics,structural density,and pragmatic scope,respectively,explains the cognitive motivation of this phenomenon,and reaches the following conclusions: 1) semantic change leads to structural change;2) pragmatic scope can be expanded from specificity to generality,and vice versa,and parallel development of the two is also possible

Differences Between the Two Regional Varieties of English
