Objective: To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the prevention and treatment of juvenile mild myopia. Methods: One hundred and twenty cases of juvenile mild myopia were randomly divided into six groups, with 20 cases in each group: western medicine group, ultrasonic group, acupuncture group, auricular point group, traditional Chinese oral decoction group, and traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy group. The therapeutic effects of the treatment administered to the six groups were compared. Result: In the post-treatment and follow-up stages, the visual acuity of the traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy group significantly improved along with reduced diopter compared to the other groups (p < 0.05). However, the axial length of the six groups had no significant change compared with that before treatment (p > 0.05). There were no adverse reactions in any of the patients. Conclusion: In the treatment of juvenile mild myopia, traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy has good therapeutic effect without any adverse reactions; thus, it is worthy of clinical promotion.

Abstract The aluminosilicate Li 2 Na 3 AlSi 2 O 8 was crystallized from the Li 2 CO 3 –H 3 BO 3 flux system. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Cmca , with cell dimensions a = 14.1045 (19) Å, b = 14.7054 (19) Å, c = 7.0635 (9) Å, and Z = 8. The crystal structure consists of a two‐dimensional infinite layer, which is composed of [Al 2 Si 2 O 12 ] groups and [SiO 4 ] tetrahedra. The lithium and sodium atoms filling in the interlayer and intralayer link the layers together and balance the charge. IR spectroscopy and BVS calculations were used to verify the validity of the structure. The calculated band structures and the density of states of Li 2 Na 3 AlSi 2 O 8 suggest that its direct gap is 4.28 eV.
Objective
To analyze the clinical effect of azithromycin combined with gamma globulin in the treatment of central nervous system involvement in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.
Methods
From March 2015 to March 2016, 63 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and central nervous system involvement in our hospital were enrolled in this study, and randomly divided into combined group (33 cases) and control group (30 cases) according to the different admission time. Control group was treated with azithromycin only, combined group was treated with azithromycin and gamma globulin. After treatment, compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.
Results
The total effective rate of combined group was 97.0%, that of control group was 73.3%, with statistically significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). The average symptom disappearance time and the length of stay of combined group were significantly shorter than those of control group, with statistically significant differences between two groups (P<0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in two groups during the treatment.
Conclusion
In the treatment of children with central nervous system involvement and mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, azithromycin combined with gamma globulin has more precise treatment effect, can effectively improve the symptoms, with good safety, with clinical significance.
