Crime is a social phenomenon. Nobody is born with criminal motivation and behavior. It is gradually shaped under social influence and by modeling oneself after others. Society exerts its influence on a person through many channels, one of them being the family. Half of one's life is spent in the family. From the day of one's birth and the beginning when one learns to speak, walk, and other movements, one's parents, siblings, and other elders in the family are one's earliest teachers. It is through parents and other family members that ideas, moral concepts, and other knowledge in society are transmitted to the children, affecting their later thinking and behavior. In this sense, a family is one's first school and parents the earliest teachers. The various ideologies in society more or less find their expression in different families. Therefore family plays an important role in one's life. Generally speaking, a good family environment is capable of nurturing talents useful to society, while a bad family background may breed people who are harmful to society. In view of this, we cannot but emphasize the family factor in our study of the causes and conditions of crimes.

A multi-objective generation dispatching(MOGD) model of wind power integrated system was built,in which energy-environmental efficiency and generation economy were both considered.In order to obtain the rapid and accurate solution of the model and to offer reasonable options for the decision maker,Biogeography-based optimization(BBO) algorithm was proposed to solve the MOGD problems of wind power integrated system.Some strategies such as cosine migration model,blended migration operator,mutation operator based on Cauchy distribution and similar body testing technology were used to improve the performance of biogeography-based optimization algorithm.The Pareto solution set sorting method was proposed which combines the fuzzy control degree with distribution density to promote the Pareto optimal front to approximate the ideal Pareto front,and maintain the diversity of solution set.Simulation tests were performed on a power system with six thermal generating units and one synchronized wind farm system,and the results show that the improved biogeography-based optimization algorithm is feasible and effective in solving the problems of multi-objective generation dispatch.
【Objective】To study the efficacy and mechanism of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO)therapy on vasospasmfollowing transsylvian approach operations. 【Methods】 Patients were divided into therapeutic group treated withHBO (27 patients) and control group (20 patients). Patients of therapeutic group started HBO therapy at 3 days afterthe surgery. Velocity(Vm and Vs) and Pulse index (PI) of middle cerebral artery (MCA) were measured with tran-scranial Doppler(TCD) on the day before surgery and 1, 2, 3, 7, 14, 30 days following the surgery.【Results】All pa-tients recovered and were discharged with no severe complications from hospital. MCA blood velocity decreased sig-nificantly at 7 days after the surgery for therapeutic group, and were significantly lower than control group. 【Con-clusions】 Early HBO therapy has antivasospasm effect. HBO therapy can also improve cerebral blood supply andreduce vascular resistance, then reduce intracranial pressure and complications caused by vasospasm.

Objective:To investigate whether the micro grinding drill (MGD) could substitute for the ring saw (RS) during anterior operation of the cervical spine.Methods:Fifteen patients with various cervical cordcompression were treated by MGD during anterior decompression.The used methods and points for attention were concretely described.Results:All patients were followed up for 6~24 months with an average of 14 months.None had the injuries to the spinal cord,nerves,and major vascular vessels.The nervous functions were satisfactorily recovered after decompression operation.Conclusions:MGD has a lot of merits.In cervical decompression MGD could substitute for RS. Integrins are major cell membrane receptors, which mediate cell-extracellular matrix adhesion and virus ab- sorption onto cells.Ⅰ domain or non-Ⅰ domain of integrin binding ligand is found in integrin-ligand complex. Nowdays, studies in the molecular biological characteristic of the complex reveal that integrins use the binding-site αMIDAS or βMIDAS binding different ligands. Molecular mechanisms of integrins receptor binding ligand are reviewed in this paprer.
