Following the rational choice approach,this paper studies the relationship between social security and peasants' religious beliefs. The empirical results show that risk plays a very important role in peasants' choices of religious beliefs. Access to health care reduces peasants' religious activities,but does not significantly affect their choices of beliefs. The NCMS slows down the spread of religious beliefs. Those results can explain the rural religion fervor :the secular society does little to the peasants who face risks,making religions more attractive to them.
Objective To evaluate the quality of life of people of the clinical physical examination and analyze the influencing factors at QOL of the people of clinical physical examination.Methods Professional doctor or nurse helped examinees to finish QWB table and noted general information including gender,age,marriage status,profession status, and inhabitancy.The quality of life of examinees was evaluated.The total score,average score,score of four departments were accounted and the influencing factors at QOL of the people of clinical physical examination as gender,age,situ- ation of marriage,culture level,profession and inhabitancy were analyzed. Results The scores of 5 scales of the QWB in people of the clinical physical examination were as follows.Total score:0.8766000±0.1240000; MOD:-0.0007920±-0.009720;PAC:-0.0007012±-0.006586;AC:-0.0004268±-0.005493;CPX: -0.1215000±-0.121500.Univariate analysis of QWB in people of the clinical physical examination:the scores of MOB,PAC,SAC,CPX,W of QWB were not significant change between the male and female;the scores of CPX,W of QWB were significant change with the age increased,but PAC,SAC,CPX were not;the scores of SAC of QWB were significant improvement at marriage and single hood;the scores of PAC,CPX,W of QWB were significant higher in people with higher education level;the scores of SAC,CPX,W of QWB were significant higher in peoples who lived in city or town.Conclusion The score of QWB in people of the clinical physical examination was 0.8766000,which was higher than the score of norm abroad.The influence factors of QWB were age,marital status,education level,profession and inhabitancy.

To evaluate the measurement of 153Sm-EDTMP Bone uptake rate with whole-body scintigraphy and analyze the relationship between bone uptake rate and therapeutic effect.66 patients with bony metastases were examined with whole-body scintigraphy 10 minutes and 6 hours after the administration of 153Sm-EDTMP, and then bone uptake rate was calculated.The bone uptake rate in 66 patients ranged from 31.9% to 86.6%, (mean 56.0%). The patients with higher bone uptake rate had better overall therapeutic effect. According to the bone uptake rate calculated by whole-body scintigraphy, the therapy activity administered within the limit of bone marrow absorbed dose of 1400 mGy in these patients was 1.40-2.27GBq (mean 1.90 GBq).The present authors have developed a whole-body scintigraphic technique which is simple and reliable in calculating prospectively a safe and effective dose of 153Sm-EDTMP for palliating the patient's painful bone metastases without myelotoxicity.
