Object: To study the research situation and direction and hot spots of Chinese and western medicine in the field of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in the past 36 years by bibliometrics. Methods: The paper selected the key words related to surgery streatment, continuous positive pressure ventilation (CPAP) and traditional Chinese medicine treatment to obstructive sleep apnea. The CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and sinomed databases were subject searched respectively. The publication year, journals, authors, institutions, directions and emerging hotspots were measured and visualized by vosviewer 1.6.1. Results: Over the past 36 years, the number of relevant documents has riseen, and the research scale of surgical treatment is significantly higher than that of CPAP and traditional Chinese medicine. Since 2017, the literature on surgery and CPAP treatment began to decline, and the research hotspot of traditional Chinese medicine began to rise. From the perspective of publishing journals, there are obviously more small-scale teams formed for surgical treatment research, and different teams will also form larger author cooperation teams through mutual cooperation; however, there is less cooperation between CPAP treatment and TCM treatment research teams, and research hotspots are relatively scattered. Conclusion: In recent years, the surgical treatment of OSA has begun to enter a bottleneck period. Foreign countries attach great importance to evidence-based research such as follow-up, retrospective research, prospective research, randomized controlled trials, and systematic evaluation. At present, China lacks evidence-based research with large samples and multi centers, especially based on the special growth law of children, there is a lack of follow-up research on surgical resection of children with adenoid and tonsillar hypertrophy and the treatment of OSA with Chinese medicine, acupuncture and manipulation.

Lactobacillus is the dominant microorganisms in vaginal micro ecological.Currently study show that the separation rate of Lactobacillus is the highest in the vaginal micro ecological,about 50%～80%.Lactobacillus can maintain vaginal micro ecological through the mechanism of competition for adhesion,antimicrobial properties and stimulation of immunity defense.The paper reviews the effect of Lactobacillus in vaginal micro ecological balance.
Objective: To assess the action of Chinese soup preparation of ShufengTongqiao Decoction on the recovery of nasal sinus mucosa after endoscopic sinus surgery(ESS).Methods: One hundred and twenty patients(235 sinus) with chronic nasosinusitis,who had undergone ESS,were divided into two groups.The 60 patients(118 sinuses) in the experiment group were treated with daily nasal flushing and taking orally with Chinese soup preparation of ShufengTongqiao Decoction while the 60 patients(117sinuses) in the control group were treated by conventional means.Tissues of nasal mucosa were taken out from patients maxillary sinus ostium at different time points,I.e.2 weeks,8 weeks,10 weeks after ESS were observed.Compared with the recovery process of nasal sinus mucosa of the two groups.Results: Significant differences were shown between the two groups at all the time points in occurrence(patient/sinus)(P0.05).Light microscopic examination showed significant differences between the two groups in occurrence(patient/sinus) of squamous epithelial metaplasia and fiber tissues proliferation(P0.05).Conclusion: Using Chinese soup preparation of ShufengTongqiao Decoction for postoperative nasal flushing and taking orally after ESS is a manageable approach with effects in promoting nasal mucosa recovery.

Explore the different concentrations of ethanol elution ginseng total saponins obtained various ginsenosides. Use these components to effect the mice splenic lymphocytes and abdominal macrophage' Immunological Activity. Apply MTT method and neutral red test to measure each component selvesor splenic lymphocytes value-added function and macrophage cell phagocytize neutral red function.The results showed that different ethanol concentrations of ginseng extract elute had varying degree of stimulating effects on mice splenic lymphocytes value-added function and macrophage cell neutral red ability within the test range,especially at 70%ethanol elution of ginseng saponins components,the role was the strongest,suggesting 70%ethanol elution ginseng total saponins are the saponins components with good immunity enhancement agent.
