The development of international board can not only promote the internationalization of China's capital market and speed up the pace of the construction of international financial center,but also is an important measure of absorbing high quality global economic resources.It's necessary for China to prevent the problems of domestic capital market from influencing international board market and learn from overseas international board market to make international board market establish smoothly and develop soundly and sustainably.Accordingly,the paper puts forward some countermea-sures in eight aspects such as the pace of international board development,exit mechanism,IPO system,cross-border supervision,information disclosure,listed cost control,cross-border capital flow management,and financial hedge ability.
This article evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of current estimation models and set up a specific estimation model for railway passenger volume. Based on the analysis of main factors that influence passenger volume, this model selects the indexes that are closely related to passenger volume and obtains an accurate estimation result for reference of decision makers.
The concepts of polymer dispersed liquid crystal(PDLC) and stressed liquid crystal(SLC) and scattering polarizer are introduced.The samples of stressed liquid crystal scattering polarizer are prepared,and the sample consisted with tow piece of films and a layer of polymer dispersed liquid crystal film in it,formed during the solid process of ultraviolet solidify while the sheared stressed applied.The polarizing microscope photographs of the sample are given,and the polarization characteristic analysis by visible light spectrophotometer is obtained.The experiment results show that the stressed liquid crystal scattering polarizer looks translucence in appearance,there is the color change when rotating the sample in the crossed polarizing field,and it has the function of transmission or scattering to look at liquid crystal display screen through the sample with different point of view,and there is the trace of the spacer is moved observing by polarizing microscope,and the spectroscopy shows for 550nm wavelength,most transmittance T∥≈50%,minimum transmittance T⊥≈5%,and degree of polarization P≈82%.The experimental results are significance to prepare stretched liquid crystal scattering polarizer in the next step.
An experiment was conducted for a period of 283 days without water exchange(close system) to determine the effects of feeding on the variation rules of water quality and the budget of nitrogen and phosphorus in ponds with grass carp as the dominant cultured species.During the breeding,water quality was measured for 10 times.The results showed that the concentrations of ammonia nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,suspended solids increased with the extension of feeding time,reached the highest on September 23rd,the concentrations of nitrite nitrogen and total nitrogen had the maximal on November 1st,after that,significantly dropped.Total phosphorus concentration in water increased with the progress of rearing;at the end of the trial,total phosphorus concentration extend to the maximum.During the whole period of the experiment,ammonia nitrogen varied from 0.28 to 0.92 mg/L,nitrite nitrogen from 0.03 to 0.13 mg/L,nitrate nitrogen from 0.08 to 0.75 mg/L,total nitrogen from 2.24 to 3.92 mg/L,suspended solids from 29.33 to 90.67 mg/L and total phosphorus from 0.19 to 0.63 mg/L.By the end of the experiment,water quality parameters of ammonia nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,total nitrogen,suspended solids and total phosphorus increased by 104%~114%,74%~122%,687%~694%,48%~52%,121%~131% and 215%~238%.Within the ponds,35.4%~37.9% of the input N and 18.9%~20.2% of the input P were converted to harvested fish,the largest proportion was contained in water and sediment.
