As a direct and effective non-contact, full-field optical measurement method, digital image correlation (DIC) method has been widely used in 2D/3D displacement and strain measurement of materials and structures in various fields. Combined with advanced micro-scale speckle preparation technology, in-situ loading experiments can be carried out under the microscope, which allows micro-scale displacement and strain measurement by DIC. However, out-of-plane displacement is inevitable during the loading process. Due to the limited depth of field of the optical microscope, even a slight out-of-plane displacement can result in significant blurring of the speckle pattern. This will bring negative effects to the deformation measurement. In order to reduce the error caused by the image blurring, the blind deconvolution method was used in this paper to restore the blurred speckle image. Furthermore, Gaussian filtering was applied to solve the noise problem. The effect of the image restoration on the measurement accuracy of the DIC was analyzed quantitatively. A tensile experiment was carried out on the indium tin oxide (ITO) films. The experimental results showed that the error of the measured elastic modulus was reduced by 13.91%. The results indicate the measurement accuracy was improved effectively after image restoration.

Treatment of pulping wastewater by using a novel electrochemical reactor,i.e.the three phase fluidized bed electrode, reactor were invesigated. The effects of air flow rate, applied voltage,pH value and FeSO_(4) concentration on electrolysis efficiency were investigated. It was clearly shown that the 20 V of voltage,0.3 m~(3) h~(-1) of air flow rate,1000 mg L~(-1) of FeSO_(4) concentration and pH≈2.5 were its best conditions.COD removal could be 70.1% under these conditions.
This paper check the influence of enterprise market status on its financing based on the sample data of 2009-2012 A share listed electric power company. In this paper, through the establishment of explanatory variables and explanatory variables MP and Credit linear control variables SIZE, EBIT, LIQ, CFO regression model, to find the inherent relevance between them. In the study we found, commercial credit and bank loan will be concentrated to the enterprises of high market status. This paper is to reveal how the status of the enterprise market affects its management of internal and external financing ability by t empirical data.
Rock, Michael T.; Toman, Michael A. China’s Technological Catch-up Strategy: Industrial Development, Energy Efficiency and CO2 Emissions , Oxford, New York: Oxford University Press, 2015. 296 pp. £37.49 (cloth), ISBN 978-0-19-938532-4 . The book by Rock and Toman is themed on the extensively discussed and debated issue of China’s transition towards a low-carbon economy. The issue is of tremendous significance and meaning to both China and the world, as the country has become the single largest emitter of greenhouse gases since 2007, accounting for 29% of the world’s total CO2 emissions in 2013 (Olivier, Janssens-Maenhout, Muntean and Peters, 2014, p.13). The central argument of the book is that improved energy efficiency in Chinese industries is highly dependent on industrial policies and institutions that encourage enterprises to build technological capabilities. It is pointed out that enterprise investments in technological upgrading lead to successful technology transfer and the building of more robust technological capabilities...
The ACM/IEEE Joint Conference on Digital Libraries (JCDL) is a major international forum focusing on digital libraries and associated technical, practical, and social issues. JCDL 2020 was hosted jointly by School of Information Management at Wuhan University and School of Public Administration at Northwest University on August 1 - 5, 2020 in Wuhan, Hubei, China. The General Chairs were Professors Dan Wu, Ruhua Huang and Gary Marchionini, and the Program Chairs were Professors Daqing He, Preben Hansen, and Sally Jo Cunningham. This newsletter article briefly describes the conference organization, the community participation, and most importantly the adaption to virtual conference under COVID-19 pandemic.
