OBJECTIVE: To investigate the utilization status of anti-infective drugs in university community hospitals in Beijing area.METHODS: The anti-infective agents with zero-price difference purchased between March and October during the period 2007-2009 by 18 university community hospitals in Beijing area were analyzed regarding the drug varieties,purchase sum and DDDs etc were analyzed statistically.RESULTS: The purchase sum of anti-infective agents represented 7.43% of the total on average.The leading antibiotics ranked by DDDs were Amoxicillin,Levofloxacin,Azithromycin and Cefuroxime.CONCLUSION: Oral anti-infective agents were used predominantly,and the use of which was rational basically.
Objective To investigate the species,density and distribution of vectors in Longgang district,Shenzhen,providing the basis for vector prevention and control in the region.Methods Vector monitoring was conducted in 4 streets(Pinghu,Buji,Bantian,Pingshan)of Longgang district from March to June,2009.Rodents were captured by night traps,mosquitoes by lamps,flies by glue boards and cockroaches by roach motels.Results As for Pinghu,Buji,Bantian and Pingshan,the rodent densities were 4.21%,0,12.09% and 13.75%,respectively; mosquito densities were 2.04,0.84,3.13 and 0.66/h,respectively; fly densities were 2.02,1.43,1.19 and 0.66/(board·day),respectively; and cockroach densities were 1.04,1.80,1.03 and 1.91/instrument,respectively.Conclusion The general characteristics of vectors in Longgang district were identified,which would serve as the basis for development of corresponding vector control strategies.
[Objective]To understand the seasonal distribution and district distribution of bacterial food poisoning,species characteristics and distribution law of pathogens in Longgang district of Shenzhen from 2005 to 2010,provide the scientific basis for controlling the susceptible sections and preventing the bacterial food poisoning.[Methods]By using national standard methods of detection of food-borne pathogens,the laboratory samples of bacterial food poisoning in Longgang district of Shenzhen from 2005 to 2010 were detected according to the test methods of WS/T9-1996,and the test results were statistically analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software.[Results]From 2005 to 2010,there were 45 bacterial food poisoning outbreaks in Longgang district of Shenzhen.The common pathogens included Vibrio parahaemolyticus(57.8%),Escherichia coli(11.1%),Salmonella(11.1%) and Proteus mirabilis(6.7%).Summer and autumn were the peak seasons(84.8%).The outbreaks frequently occurred in canteens(73.3%).The detection rate was the highest in excrements(69.4%).[Conclusion]The most common pathogen of bacterial food poisoning in this area was Vibrio parahaemolyticus.Knowing the occurrence regularity of bacterial food poisoning,strengthening the supervision and management of food health and making special preventative measures can effectively prevent and control the bacterial food poisoning.
Objective To find out the application of anti-hypertension drugs in university infirmaries at Beijing area.Method Varieties,purchase expense and DDDs,etc.of anti-hypertension drugs were collected and analyzed among purchased community non-markup drugs in 18 university infirmaries in Beijing between March and October in 2007.Results The expense of anti-hypertension medicine is 23.85% of total cost.Similar to the pattern in the major hospitals,calcium antagonists were most frequently prescribed.Conclusion The categories of anti-hypertension drugs prescribed in university community hospitals is similar to that of big hospitals.
【Objective】The objective of this study was to investigate the relationship among alginate oligosaccharides(AOS) elicitation and glyceollins accumulation in soybean.【Method】The preparative high performance liquid chromatography was selected to separate and purify the ethanol extracts of elicited soybeans seeds with AOS,the separation process was monitored by HPLC and UPLC-MS was used to detect their molecular weights.The optimal parameters were determined by investigating the effects of the concentration of AOS,the soaking time,the temperature,moisture and time course.【Result】AOS induced glyceollins synthesis in soybean seeds.The optimal conditions of elicitation were as follows: concentration of AOS 4%,presoaked in the sterile water for 5 h,stored at a controlled temperature of 25℃ and humidity of 60% in the dark for 4 d.Results from the optimal conditions in the study indicated that the maximum concentration of the phytoalexin glyceollins was 0.525 mg·g-1 fresh weight.【Conclusion】 These findings will give some science suggestions for soybean high value processing and the development of AOS.
