CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUE FOR INTEGRAL HEIGHTENING REBUILDING OF COLUMN-BREAKING RAISED BUILDING

In order to satisfy the functional requirements of a filling station,building will be integrally heightened.During the construction,electric hydraulic jack is used to provide raising force and screw jack is used as the support for raising transition safety protection.Hierarchical synchronization techniques are adopted to guarantee integral stability of the medium and upper parts of the building during raising.All columns are cut off before raising and are repaired when the building reaches the planned height,so as to realize the purpose to integrally heighten the building.

A clinical study for radiotherapy positioning with references images on CT simulator

Objective To explore a new method of comparing the references images first to enhance the precision of the central point of the radiation treatment planning(RTP), try to establish a reference standard for this method in the nasopharyngeal cancer(NPC)and carcinoma of utercin cervix in the work of position verification. Methods For 50 RTPs of NPC and 20 RTPs of carcinoma of utercin cervix, the reference-CT-images in set-up and in position verification were compared, and to measure the difference between the two images. Then, in the same way, compare and measure the difference in the central-pointimages. Results For NPC, there was over 90% RTPs in which every difference measured was less than 2 mm;for carcinoma of utercin cervix, over 80% RTPs meet the criterion:the value of △MU1 ' or △MU2' was less than 5 mm and the others are less than 3 mm. Conclusions By comparing the references-CT-images in set-up and in position verification, the precision of the central point of the RTP is enhanced. The marks on the skin become more credible. So, it is feasible to perform the criterions in the work of position verification:for NPC every difference measured is less than 2 mm;for carcinoma of utercin cervix the value of △MU1 ' or △MU2 ' is less than 5 mm and the others are less than 3 mm. Application of Role-based Access Control Technique in Radiology Treatment

Radiology Treatment Planning System(RTPS) is an important component of radiology treatment solution,and its applied safety will directly affect implementation of the entirely solution.This paper introduces Role-Based Access Control(RBAC) model and describes the application rationality and validity of RBAC in RTPS based on development practices of RTPS and clinic condition of radiology treatment.The relation of access control module based on RBAC model and RTPS is analyzed.The system structure of access control module,database table structure design,and implementation in VC6.0 are given.

The paper presents the new technique of steel-concrete composite jack-up platform,and discusses the design and calculation method.Steel frame can be used not only as concreting form,but also as component part of jack-up platform in which steel frame and concrete act together,and it is convenient to demolish platform after jack-up construction is finished.Steel-concrete composition is a good structural style of jack-up platform.

CXCL10 enhances radiotherapy effects in HeLa cells through cell cycle redistribution

Radiotherapy is a crucial treatment for cervical cancer, the second most common type of cancer in women worldwide. In this study, we investigated the effects of CXC chemokine ligand 10 (CXCL10) gene therapy combined with radiotherapy on cervical cancer using HeLa cells. TUNEL assay revealed that the apoptotic rate in the combined treatment of CXCL10 gene therapy and radiotherapy was greatly increased compared with that of CXCL10 or radiotherapy alone. Flow cytometry showed that CXCL10 overexpression in HeLa cells resulted in a prolonged G1 phase and shortened S phase at 72 h post-transfection. Western blot analysis revealed that p27(Kip1) was up-regulated in CXCL10-treated HeLa cells; however, cyclin E was down-regulated. These results indicate that the combination of CXCL10 gene therapy and radiotherapy is an effective strategy for the growth suppression of HeLa cells, and that CXCL10 enhances the radiotherapy effects through cell cycle redistribution. Our data provide new insight into the treatment of cervical carcinoma, involving an effective combination of gene therapy and radiotherapy against tumors.
