Objective:To analyze MSCT manifestations of urachal normalities and abnormalities and to improve the diagnostic value of urachal abnormalities so as to select the suitable examination.Methods:228 cases with plain scan or two-phase enhancement scan of MSCT were selected,whose urachuses were analyzed with multiple planar reformation.All cases were divided into two groups by sex and into four groups(below the age of 20,21 to 40,41 to 60,and above 60) by age.To analyze the length,size,rate of normal urachus and findings of 7 cases with urachal abnormalities proved by surgery and pathology.Results:Urachus fully displayed with axial images combined with multiple planar reformation of MSCT were 30 cases(30/228,8 females,22 males),39 cases(39/228,13 females,26 males) were partially displayed,159 cases(159/228,75 females,84 males) were not displayed.The length of urachus was from 2.30 cm to 17.89 cm,the average length was 13.84 cm,bottom length of urachus was from 2.00 cm to 11.00 cm,average length was 5.35 cm,bottom width of urachus was from 3.00 cm to 9.50 cm,average width was 7.95 cm.The highest rate(37.8%) of urachus displayed was the group aged from 41 to 60,and the lowest(13.3%) was below 20.Other 8 cases were urachal abmormalities: Five cases of urachal diverticulum(four accompanied with calculus),1 case of simple urachal cyst,1 case of patent urachus,and 1 case of urachal tumor.Conclusion:The rate of urachus displayed with axial images combined with multiple planar reformation of MSCT is different according to sex and age.The best way to diagnose urachal abnormalities is MSCT,which can easily identify the position and character of urachal abnormalities preoperatively.

Objective:To study the imaging and histological features of pilomyxoid astrocytoma(PMA),and to improve our knowledge about PMA.Methods:The data of a PMA patient in our hospital was analyzed retrospectively and the imaging and histological characters,treatment and prognosis about PMA were summarized with reference to literature review.Results:There was a little difference between PMA and PA in imaging and histology:the curative effect and prognosis of PMA were not so good as PA because of its aggression.Conclusion:Further study of the characteristics in imaging and histology of PMA is needed because it′s important for the diagnosis,treatment,prognosis and further research of PMA.
Problem-based learning(PBL) is a problem-based and student-centered learning pattern.PBL combined with evidence-based medicine(EBM) has had been applying in clinical practice teaching.It could culture students the correct clinical thinking way,stimulate the students'learning enthusiasm,increase the ability of analyzing and resolving problem,and the ability of getting professional information was also imbeen providing.This teaching method has been provided some experience for future teaching reform of clinical practice course.
Based on the properties of bamboo pulp fiber and the characteristics of bamboo/polyester core-spun yarn,technological parameters in the various processes of its preparation and weaving are set down with corresponding technical measures put forward,and the problems of low weaving effciency and kinky fillng have thus be solved with a series of light fabrics for summer clothes developed successfully.

To optimize Spinning draft process,series of index were obtained though spinning with different draft processing configuration.The data of yarn quality were calculated by gray clustering and the result were optimized.The result shows that the plan 4# is the best.
The paper has been designed based on the experimental survey and questionnaires to 797 farmers, 25 technicians in 41 villages, and 8 towns of Yuxi region, Yunnan, China—to analyze the universal problems in biogas utilization process, including (a) low biogas utilization rate, critical dysfunctional phenomenon; (b) poor comprehensive utilization of biogas, bio-slurry, and residue; and (c) imperfect post-installation service system. Combined with the investigated findings, the article has analyzed the main causes and influencing factors which lead to the different problems. In the end, having based on the adequate interpretation about the studying conclusion, recommendations and countermeasures for the future sustainable development of China's rural household biogas proper measures can be put forward onto consideration table, which includes (a) encourage joint household biogas construction; (b) carry out comprehensive utilization demonstration actively; (c) establish a relatively complete post-installation service system by encouraging technicians to get involved in the maintenance and management initiations. The establishment of incentive systems and co-operative approaches can help to achieve the ultimate target of appropriately "biogas-designed" that are sustainably developed and constructed in China.
In this study is to verify the feasibility of the biogas yield potential of the wastes from banana manufacturing process and the feasibility of practical application through testing the fermentation performance of banana stalk and peel respectively at mesophilic temperature (35°C) under different concentration of fermentation. The research results indicated that the banana stalk and peel could be used as raw materials of anaerobic fermentation. The effect of gas production of low concentration of banana peel fermentation was the best and the biogas yield potential was 758 mL/g TS and 856 mL/g VS. But the fermentative broth acidified rapidly after the fermentation starting in high concentration of fermentation with banana peel. Therefore, the fermentation technology should be optimized during the practical application.
The effects of various concentrations of Lipopolysaccharide(LPS) and different induced times on the expression of IL-1β and TNF-α in porcine alveolar macrophage(PAM) were investigated in this paper.PAM was maintained with different concentrations of LPS and the cell cultures were sampled at different time points.Then,the levels of mRNA expression of IL-1β and TNF-α were detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR,and the levels of corresponding protein expression were simultaneously determined by commercial ELISA kit.The results showed that both of the concentration of LPS(11000ng/mL) and inducing time(1-24 h)significantly affected the expressions of IL-1β and TNF-α(P0.05).Moreover,the expression of protein was latter than that of mRNA expression.These data indicate that LPS affects the expressions of IL-1β and TNF-α in PAM in a dose-and time-dependent manner.
