Electric Field Sensitive of Poly(AM-Co-DMDAAC) Hydrogels

In order to study the electric field sensitive of cation character DMDAAC hydrogels,Acrylamide/Dimethyldiallylammonium chloride(AM/DMDAAC) hydrogels are prepared by free radical copolymerization in aqueous solution in the presence of N,N methylene bis(acrylamide) (MBAAm) as the crosslink agent,ammonium per sulfate and sodium bisulfite as the redox initiator.Deswelling kinetics and bending behaviors of the sample hydrogels under electric stimulus are illustrated.It is found that monomer amount of DMDAAC,the time as well as the size of applied voltage,and the ion intensity of solution have a favorable impact on the electric sensitive properties of the AM/DMDAAC hydrogels.It might have applications in chemical valve and bionic actuator.Hydrogels display a bending toward anode in NaCl solution of low chroma.The bending toward anode is depressing along with NaCl chroma increasing.Hydrogels show a bending toward cathode in NaCl solution of high chroma.The banding angle of hydrogels is affected by the critical chroma of NaCl from 0.3% to 0.4%.Since these hydrogels are made up of different monomer content,the critical chroma of NaCl is also different.

Photoluminescence properties of nano-size crystalline silicon films

Photoluminescence (PL) at low temperature is reported for nc-Si:H films grown by PECVD. A characteristic luminescence peak was observed in the wavelength range of 1.1-1.2 μm. The temperature dependence of PL has been studied in the temperature range of 4.2-180 K. The PL mechanism of nc-Si:H films is discussed. The emission peak at 1.1-1.2 μm is attributed to the interface atoms between grains, and the emission peak around 0.9 μm is due to a little amount of amorphous component.

摘要: 为了在锗晶体光坯上制作出满足要求的码盘图案，分别采用正性光刻胶和负性光刻胶，先镀膜后照相和先照相后镀膜的工艺路线进行工艺实验，并对实验结果进行分析，得出结论：用负性光刻胶按先照相后镀膜的工艺路线为锗晶体光码盘分划制作工艺的最佳方案。实验结果表明：加工出的图案明暗对比度大、边缘不均匀性小于0.008 mm，可实际应用于锗晶体上分划图案的制作。关键词: 锗晶体 / 码盘 / 分划制作工艺

Study on the synthesis and properties of AMPS/DMDAAC copolymer hydrogels

2-acrylamide-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid/dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride(AMPS/ DMDAAC) hydrogels were prepared by free radical copolymerization in aqueous solution in the presence of N,N′methylene bis(acrylamide)(MBAAm) as crosslink agent,ammonium persulfate and sodium bisulfite as redox initiator.Ionic strengths sensitive,pH sensitive and deswelling kinetics of the sample hydrogels and bending behaviors in electric stimulus were studied.The results showed that ion intensity of NaCl solution and pH had a obvious impact on the sample hydrogels.Hydrogels display an obvious variety on volume at 0.5% NaCl.It was found that the weight maintenance rate of hydrogels decreased with voltage increased in the contact electric field,but the movement ratio of weight maintenance rate with voltage increased was not patency.The deflexion direction and angle of hydrogels was different from different concentration of NaCl solution and not touched electric field.When concentration of NaCl was less than 0.4%,hydrogels bended to cathode and the maximal bend angle would be appeared with the concentration of NaCl was 0.06%.Hydrogels bended to anode when concentration of NaCl was more than 0.4%.
